Remind to never come back here and Please get new workers. I Just spent over 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru waiting for my food. Meanwhile I’m watching them play around inside and talk (all huddled up in the drive thru window area like it’s a chill zone). They finally give me my food and forget my drink. I get their attention again and the lady says “what do you want?” As if I’m bothering them. They don’t even bother to put the lid on the fruit punch correctly and it spills all over the place. I’ll be calling tomorrow to complain as well.

food is sometimes good, fresh. But most times they dont listen to your request in regards to what you want for example i always ask for no lettuce and most times theres still lettuce.. never has ice cream or milkshakes im always craving a sweet treat so it sucks for them to never have things they offer on the menu. Aside from that the workers especially females are very rude, not empathetic or even seem like they like their job.. just overall horrible experience. Super greedy with sauces.. and just wont be coming back.

I had the SpongeBob meal I have to say Burger King put great effort in all the packaging details. The whopper was really good the bread was better than the original whopper bun. The service was horrible his name was Fernando he was very incompetent and slow. Did not know what he was doing, he was unable to complete my app order because he was out of some items, and told me to request a refund from the app and he didn’t even know how to do it.

Every time I come here it sucks :/ if you seen my post history you’ll see I recently went to another BK and it was amazing! Today I decided to get delivery and sadly I couldn’t choose which Bk to order from. I was craving chicken nuggets and onion rings and I should’ve known better..
Received French fries instead of onion rings which yeah kinda sucks because I love onion rings but to put the icing on the cake I opened the nuggets and got the flattest nuggets I’ve ever seen in my life I don’t even think they put chicken in half of them lol anyways… go to another BK it’ll be worth the drive

FOREVER
Messed up my food and doesn’t answer the phone it just rings and rings into a disconnect. Awesome multiple times I select a certain soda online but they don’t have it in store and they don’t remove the option very confusing. Like are they not up to BK standards ?

the food is tasty and fast, the service is very good, there is also bilingual service, the orders are mostly through the window because there are few employees and for health reasons it seems appropriate to me, I must highlight the service is excellent, I will continue visiting them constantly and recommending them for its good attention and good taste.

I purchased the new Maple bacon BBQ sandwich which I paid almost $9 for. And this is what was on it. Barely a whole piece of bacon….where is the sauce? Won’t go back!
