It’s a hit or miss. Usually this place is “good”. The staff is super friendly and good servers. When the pizza is fresh it is great. The salad is always very fresh. The only down side of this place is the off times when the pizza is sparse and dried out. I recommend going when it’s busy and make sure you use the restroom at home because theirs are SUPER TINY and do not lock well.

My mother and I came in for lunch, our waitress was friendly and attentive, the pizza was hot and fresh and very good. The only complaint was I felt a bit rushed even though they weren’t very busy. I don’t get to get out much anymore so that was disappointing other that it was a very pleasant place to eat lunch at in Cherokee especially being one of the very few local pizza buffets.

Decent place. We have been to several Pizza Inns and this one is dated and in need of some serious renovations. The day we went the the air conditioning was broken and it was really hot. The buffet has a good selection with fresh pizzas being brought out quite regularly. The price is reasonable for what you get.

The food was great and service backed it up. Giant pizza for 13.99 what a deal. We got 3 to feed our party of 12 and still had to get a take home box. Pizza and cheesy breadsticks was delicious and came out fast. Our server Sherri was on point and always had our glasses full and got us everything we needed. Highly recommend this place.

The waitress assumed we were having the buffet, so she didn’t take our order. After we finally got her attention, she said she didn’t know we weren’t having the buffet. She didn’t know because she didn’t ask! She said our pizza would be ready in 10 minutes, but it wasn’t. We only got our pizza because another waitress had to remind ours that we were still waiting for our food. When we got the pizza, it looked disgusting. I’ve never seen pizza with orange cheese on it. I ate one slice and that was enough. My wife and I used to like pizza inn, but no more. The person at the register asked if we liked our meal and we said not really. He didn’t seem too concerned about our satisfaction. My recommendation is to stay away!!!

We were vacation. We decided to eat here. I have to say this was the nastiest food my family and I have ever eaten. The pizza was so greasy and nasty. The restaurant in general was dirty. The waitress was not the friendliest. The four of us ate 2 pieces of pizza each and had drinks with no refills so we left. So not worth the 40.00 we were charged. We do not ever expect to go back.
