TL/DR: Came to find a slice of Broadway and found it. Will return when back in town!
Food: Lot’s of options. We had two types of burgers, grilled chicken, fries, and mac and cheese. Each thought the food to be very good. Mac and cheese was very good.
Service: Very hospitable servers made us feel welcomed. Felt informed and cared for.
Atmosphere: A little bit older of a setting as you’d expect for a small town diner. Nothing was off or out of place but just older. Great place.
Should you venture 5 minutes off of I-81 for a bite to eat? Yes if you have the time and want something other than chain restaurant. This is a perfect small town stop.

Stopped in while traveling from New York and could not have a more pleasant experience. Our server was fantastic and super informative. The food was great. Highly recommend the nachos. Would definitely return!!!

We were in town for the day, I like to support local businesses, so what better way than The Gobbler Grill. I assumed named after the local high school mascot. There were only 2 tables with customers seated at them when we walked in around 11:30 AM. We were spoken to from a young lady across the room, “sit where ever you like”. After sitting ourselves at a booth, an extension time went by before a waitress came to get our drink order. A waitress was at another table being chit chatty before the second waitress came for our drink order. I order sweet tea with lemon, tea arrived not lemon, asked again for a lemon, never got one, so I stopped asking. Ordered fried mushrooms as an appetizer. Arrived hot, first bit of one was the worst I have had. Soggy, mushy full of moisture. Tried a second one, it was the same way. The third a mashed with a fork, oh the moisture and mush inside, turned me off. The wife and I split a club sandwich. After one bit we both had to remove the tomato as it was far from fresh, very unripe. I like mayonnaise, which was ordered on the sandwich and I asked for a side of it to dip my sandwich in, was brought 2 different brands in squeeze packs. Sandwich just want good. I needed more tea to drink, waitress never came back to check on us, so I put my glass at the end of the table, had the other waitress walk right by never offering to fill it. Fry’s were good & crisp. When paying up front was never asked how our meal was. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Before leaving review looked for an email address to contact owner or manager, could not find one, so i decided to leave a review. Had heard good things about The Gobbler Grill, but certainly wasn’t the case for me. I would love to speak to someone in person. Thanks Joseph

My family and I stopped here on May 7th around 3pm for lunch on our way through from Pennsylvania. Our server greeted us right away and was very friendly. There was a group of 6 of us, and we didn’t wait long for our food at all. We got a mix of burgers and sandwiches and everything was good. A little dark and cluttered inside, but overall we were pleased and would return if we find ourselves in this part of the state. Thank you. 🙂

First off: normally not a huge Ranch fan, but I could drink their homemade version by the gallon… really, just SO good! A must with the Bacon-Cheese Fries.
I ordered a Chicken Tender Salad, and yum… chicken was crispy perfection, plenty of yummy cucumbers and greens.
My buddy ordered the Cheeseburger, said it was amazing. Even made me take a pic (see below).
We were looking for an easy and affordable quick bite, and this place definitely did the trick. Located on Mainstreet in Broadway.
Will be back.

The bartender was extremely pleasant. Made some good drinks made some food suggestions and conversed with us and still managed to give us time to eat without interruption. Nice place.

Our family eats here regularly and we enjoy the food and service. It’s nice to go somewhere where staff greet you as you enter the door. The chicken tender salad is yummy, I get with the side of ranch and Thai chili sauce which our whole family loves! We use it on everything! Bacon Ranch Quesadilla is pretty fantastic too and those bang bang shrimp…yummy!! We’ve always found the staff and owner attentive and quick to address any mishaps. Our favorite home town grill!

12 once sirloin was ok but not a $35 meal by any means. Service was slow but the wait staff was extremely nice. The atmosphere is good for a hometown business. Over all it’s a nice place but I felt was a little over priced for what I got.

The chicken bacon ranch wrap is the best wrap I’ve ever had. Super tasty and the chicken was juicy and tender. Fried pickles were meh, not crispy but the flavor was good I’m just a big texture person. Definitely check it out though!
