I’ve had so many adventures with this Taco Bell that I finally feel compelled to leave a review. It truly doesn’t matter if I wait months between visits and the entire staff has changed — there is always something new.
Without fail, every visit includes a fun surprise where at least one item I ordered and paid for is missing. This usually leads to a bonus trip inside. Tonight, an employee confidently insisted I was wrong, enthusiastically searched through my bag, and then discovered the missing item was… indeed missing.
At this point, I’m thinking of treating service-recovery tacos like a loyalty program. Once I collect enough, I’ll redeem them all at once.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru trying to pick up and order i placed ahead in line. When i finally pulled up to the window, it took the cashier a solid two minutes to open the window and ask if i was picking up an online order. Then she spent a while looking for my order even though it was sitting right. By. The. Window. Then when i eat the food, its cold. I hate this place.

I waited in line for over an hour once just to pick up my order from the app. The next time I ordered i had grub hub pick it up and bring it to me, the receipt had my correct order but the workers threw whatever they could in the bag. Cold tacos and burritos that weren’t in the order. I got a refund from grubhub but the driver didn’t get paid and that made me so angry because it’s not taco bell just messing up my order.. they messed up him getting paid. Yall should be ashamed. This place should be closed. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt. I will never return to the mandeville location again.

Waited for over 30 minutes and our food was never ready. There were still families in front of us that had been waiting longer yet the drive thru never quit receiving their orders. Even once I wanted a refund, I had to wait 5+ minutes for someone to come to the counter to begin the process.

This place takes much longer than necessary these days to finish one order and it’s always packed. Cars are piled up every time I pass it. The food is no good anymore and I will not be visiting this location anymore or maybe never even visit any location at Taco Bell ever again. Its terrible quality. Grade F meat. It is not really affordable because if you order a chicken quesadilla, they only fill in two of the four slices which leaves me feeling like “What did I just eat? A Piece of paper?” What a rip off! They are also rude and impersonal. Be happy you have a job in this economy, Taco Bell workers. Consider getting a home cooked meal instead, Mandeville residents.
Update: I no longer eat here as of 6 months ago and never intend to again.

just ordered 60 dollars worth of food on the app for delivery and was told it would be a 3 hour wait. There is no way to cancel the order and the woman who answered the phone when I called to ask about it was incredibly rude. I’m out of 60 dollars and tacoless and pissed.

Absolutely wretched, horrible service, horrible crew members, and management. The management are rude and disrespectful, the crew members are lazy and incompetent, and lack common decency. They half ass do their job and 9/10 they’re always in there arguing and causing drama. i’ve been in the store and overhead countless ends of drama. The food is horrible, it’s never made right they don’t care about anybody but themselves. Even the hire ups are horrible people. Do not recommend this store at all!!!! Freaking ridiculous!!!

I tried to call so I wouldn’t put this public but nobody answered the phone. We ordered 5 items last night and all of them except the cheesy roll up were wrong. Loaded beef nachos had no sour cream and no guacamole. Couldn’t tell the difference between the 7 layer burrito and the cheesy bean and rice burrito. They were exactly the same with rice beans and lettuce. I paid foe added sour cream to 2 items and there was none. I paid for pico on one item and there was none. Im not sure they really looked at our order. I am glad that they removed the meat from the nachos like I asked.
