Quiet Wednesday at Fusion Blue Bistro was a perfect time to try out the cuisine. What a great experience. I had the ahi which was seared and seasoned perfectly. The broccoli and coconut jasmine rice delicious. The chef and owner is personable and an excellent chef. Crystal took great care of our table and was nice as well as friendly. I highly recommend Fusion Blue Bistro and Chef Chris. Thank you for the meal and the conversation.

Amazing food! Amazing service! I needed a restaurant to seat 20 people for a wedding rehearsal dinner. I put out an inquiry on a Topsail FB page and Chef Chris was literally the only one to say we’ll seat you! He worked out a menu and we booked the dinner for the back patio. Everyone enjoyed themselves and they loved the food, from appetizers to dessert. The shrimp and grits were so delicious. The Angus burgers were huge and the Caribbean chicken was a hit. Thanks Chris! And Emily & Becca the staff. Awesome!

We went super early on Friday at 445pm so it wasn’t crowded at all. Our server Monica was kind and attentive. My husband got the blackened spicy chicken wrap and I got the Caribbean chicken thighs with coconut rice. Delicious ..oh yes and the bang bang brussels wer yum too! . Plus, we were lucky and they had some lovely strawberry topped cheesecake we got for dessert…but don’t look for it on the menu…not a regular item.
Chef Chris will also spice up up your food upon request and the co owner Laura is super nice. We will be back!

The service is great. The staff is so sweet, courteous, and professional. The first time I came was for lunch. My waitress was Emily. I asked her questions that had answers on the menu but she answered all my questions patiently and kindly. I’m grateful. She went above and beyond to be an excellent host. I got the roast beef reuben with sweet potato fries, plantains with ice cream, etc. The plantains were cold but there was ice cream on top so that made sense. I would have preferred the plantains to be warm. Presentation looked good. The reuben needed more moisture and flavor. I enjoyed the sweet potato fries and the dessert. They had a decent selection of wine.
The second time I came for a wine tasting. That was interesting. Food tasted good. There was live music.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in the area because of the quality of the food. The staff and chef are extremely friendly. We are never disappointed when we dine here. We have tried many dishes here. Tonight we had the roasted cauliflower appetizer, bang bang shrimp and the seafood casserole. Even their water (tropical water) is the most refreshing! If you are local or visiting you must dine here. It’s a little hidden gem in Holly Ridge. You won’t be disappointed if you want the best tasting food. We can’t wait to try the take out Thanksgiving dinner.
