Logan has that rare combination of professionalism and natural charm that makes you feel welcomed and valued the moment she walks up to your table. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does, and it shows in every interaction.
We honestly left both visits talking about how exceptional she was. With an attitude like hers, she’s going to go incredibly far in life. Chili’s is lucky to have her, and we’ll definitely be asking for her every time we come back!
I recently visited this establishment hoping for a nice dining experience, but unfortunately, it was far from that. When we were first seated, our waiter seemed friendly and attentive. But that quickly changed. After taking our order, we barely saw him again. He didn’t check on me or my guest even once after the food arrived.
Here’s where things really went downhill: I ordered a steak and asked for steak sauce. Sounds simple, right? Well, I waited over 30 minutes for that steak sauce while my steak sat on the table getting cold. Not only was it frustrating, but it completely ruined the meal. We kept trying to get someone’s attention, but it felt like we were being ignored. No updates, no apologies, just radio silence.
Eventually, I had enough. I asked to speak to a manager. To their credit, they did offer a complimentary discount due to the poor service, but instead of truly taking accountability, the manager gave me a half-hearted excuse for the situation. Something about them being short-staffed which may be understandable, but the way it was handled was not.
Look, I understand things happen. But there’s a basic level of service that every customer deserves, especially when you’re spending your hard earned money. This experience was completely unacceptable for any restaurant, regardless of price point.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant or professional dining experience
But hey 3 for 10 is hard to beat!
This last visit I saw them cleaning tables with a dirty rag that sits at the host table. This is but appropriate cleanliness for a restaurant. Second and most alarming is the lack of condition and cleaning of the men’s bathroom. Check out the photo I’m posting here. Urine all over the floor, dirty urinal, and holes in the wall. Come on Chili’s you’re better than that!
