Went on a Sunday afternoon. Had a good crowd for the games. The place has an open air feeling and even though the view is of the parking lot it still pulls off a cool vibe. They were short staffed but they worked hard to keep things moving. Had some smalls and a couple beers. Will definitely be back.

Very disappointed in both the food and the service during our visit on December 28.
My girlfriend and I were out on a date, using and spent a $50 gift card I received from my older sister. We ordered their version of a Philly cheesesteak, called the Chopped Cheesesteak Hoagie. The sandwiches were completely unacceptable the steak was raw, the cheese was barely melted, and large parts of both sandwiches were cold.
To make matters worse, our server did not check on us for over 45 minutes. When she finally came back and we explained the issues with the food, she had a very snotty and rude attitude toward us. At that point, we asked to order something else from the menu. She took the order, but it took another 10 minutes just to get drink refills, and then an additional 45 minutes before the replacement food arrived.
Between the poor food quality, the extreme wait times, and the unprofessional attitude of the server, this experience completely ruined our night. We were extremely unhappy and frustrated, and we will never be returning.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in awhile! We got the burger that had bacon jam and onion strings on it, I forget the name though. The burger was super juicy and it was a huge patty. We upgraded to onion rings, and got the redneck egg rolls as an appetizer. The egg rolls were also very good! You can get whatever sauce with them, I should have gotten ranch lol

Food is amazing!!! French dip was delicious, the sweet slaw has chunks of pineapple in it! The pork tenderloin sandwich was huge and out of this world yummmy!! Recommend you to stop in and try it! Beer is cold with 20 different selections.

Had reservations for 12. My husband and I were the first ones to arrive. We had a drink and ordered an app. Family showed up. Everyone was having a good time. Ordered some drinks and apps also. Finally it was time to order. Everyone started getting food. Yes it was kinda busy. Except myself my husband and my nephew. We finally asked what was taking so long for our food as most of the family was halfway done. It took a while for them to figure it out. Apparently our 3 orders didn’t get put in with the rest of our party. I didn’t even have time to eat my food before family members were leaving. So I didn’t even eat most of my food because I was telling family by. Got the sorry we messed up and didn’t put your order in what ever. They just blew it off until I said we should be compensated. Gave us 1/2 off our sandwiches. I was really disappointed

This place is amazing, the verity of burgers is amazing, a little bit of everything. The fact that it was open and the air was coming in perfect weather for this. The food was good the colossal burger was amazing and soo good the portions are great .

I am tired of these Venice restaurants who take advantage of crowded seasonal conditions and offer frozen beef patties when customers come in for a real burger. How can you build a reputation on burgers when you use pre-formed frozen meat that has been flavor-compromised? There’s no way around this. No sides or alcohol will make up for losing points on your featured food item YOUR NAMESAKE. Culver’s does a better job on a burger.
