I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza but did not get any buffalo sauce and my pepperoni was over cooked. The pizza also cut horribly. This place was nice when I first opened but I honestly don’t see myself returning to this domino’s again.

I walked in and placed an order for the “2 for $6.99” special, which they had written on their board, “2 for $6.99” with items. The girl taking the order got the price wrong and then corrected it when I inquired. She even then asked me to leave her a tip. I asked her to please just WAVE when my order was ready as right outside the window was my car and she said no and I should “wait 10 minutes and go to the drive through.” I did this and a car pulled up behind me. I moved forward out of respect and consideration when a girl came out the back exit of the Domino’s and was very irate that I would dare do this….. has this girl not been to every other drive through in this town??? I then asked to speak to her manager who apologized but did not seem to really care. She told me that I could not see through the windows (in the front where my car was) if the girl would wave to me……. I think I am aware if I can or cannot “see”, and the inside was clearly visible to anyone who is not blind. If there was an option for me to get my money back at this point I would have because who wants to eat after this drama – or should I say trauma?! I picked up my order at the drive through, only to find that my spinach and feta cheesy bread had zero spinach and feta in the outside cheesy bread pieces, approximately 1 tablespoon of feta cheese total, and I counted about 10 spinach pieces throughout – if I was lucky. (The photo below is the MIDDLE of the cheesy bread.) This is not to mention it was burnt. (Sorry there is a shadow below on the outside right edge which was too burnt to eat.) Does anyone train these people?? Does no one – with 4-5 people there – stand BY the pizza conveyor to pull out the pizza before it burns (like every other pizza place in the country??? Here’s a TIP – Be like Papa John’s and bring my pizza OUT to me when I am waiting in my car!!!

Ordered a cheese and pepperoni NY style pizza, and after noticing a suspicious black spot in the cheese, I dug out a dead fly. As there are plentiful options for pizza in Harrodsburg as it is, I will not be returning.

Ed Goodman was my delivery driver who just now dropped off my pizza, he was so fast getting here I didn’t even have time to put on a bra! He was so friendly when I complimented him, so full of joy! He acted like he was getting paid a million dollars to deliver my pizza. We will order from here again rather than papa John’s!

I’d unbelievably never had a Domino’s pizza before. When I entered this shop, I immediately told Lindsey who came to wait on me I was a first timer. Lindsey is the shop’s general manager. She and her staff, David and Seth, took a special interest in me having the best first Domino’s experience and made suggestions. Lindsey insisted on making me my first Domino’s pizza and she didn’t disappoint. Everything was yum and her suggestions and those of her staff were right on the money. I also have to say I was struck by the very kind demeanor of Lindsey, David and Seth..They struck me as the kind of people who’d have your back in all things. They are a true credit to Domino’s and just really decent human beings. The world needs more people like Lindsey, David and Seth. I’m visiting a sick friend and they were so incredibly thoughtful. Domino’s, take notice of these three. They’re the best. I had a first class experience. The shop is a modern, attractive and super clean shop to boot. Was supremely happy with my first Domino’s experience.

There was no extra sauce (pizza was dry) and was not cut into squares ( important when feeding a larger number of people). Mushrooms are tiny little pieces you can’t even taste.
