I came in here after church to grab something to eat. I had ordered my food and then I had some people I knew coming through the drive-thru and I asked nicely to a lady. If I could go up to the drive-thru to say hi. She said no and I understand why. Then she told a Manager there, and she told me I don’t work here and I can leave. I wasn’t sure why but I asked for a refund. She refused to refund me until I told her that if she just gave me a refund I would leave. She refunded me then I left. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but this is what I encountered after church today. Jesus loves you!

thus far my order has always been made correctly and given to me in its entirety. My only comment would be the food sometimes is kinda yucky. It tastes old or like carryover occasionally. Overall better than most fast food places!

I stopped on my way home from an arduous day. One of those mentally and physically exhausting days. I stopped to get supper. A chipper voice chimed through the speaker, took my order, and lifted my spirits a little bit. I was greeted by a young lady at the window with a pleasant smile. She didn’t look grumpy or unhappy like I was an interruption. Her pleasant smile brought me out of my funk just a little and made my evening better. I stop at Taco Bell because it is my comfort food. I always feel better with cinnamon twists and a Mountain Dew to chase down a bean burrito. This time it was the attitude of the service that made my day better. Working the counter or the window can be tough, so Thank you to the lady in the window for your smile.

I was ordering my food and I heard a girl screaming in the background “GO HOME!!!!” On repeat so I asked if they were open and the girl taking my ordered answered while laughing and she said yes we’re open until 4am. I was there before midnight. It ruined my night honestly. Granted it was New Year’s Eve and I’m sure it’s annoying to work but I had literally just gotten off work myself and I did not treat any of my customers like that during my New Year’s Eve shift.

Forever the worst Taco Bell in the area. Blame me for going but nothing is open after midnight. Making orders wrong, not giving all the items I paid for then blaming me for not having a receipt after the cashier didn’t say a word to me and didn’t give me one. Employees stink and once asked me for my change back for himself. Can’t talk to managers as they just repeat “I’m sorry I can’t help you” in a condescending manor to any simple question you ask.
Next visit: asked for no sour creme or guac on nacho. They gave me no nacho cheese with guac and sour creme.

Not sure if they were short of staff or what. Drive thru took about 20 minutes to place order, another 10-25 minutes to get your order. They should let customers know so they can expect the wait. The young lady who took order did apologize for the wait. Just letting customers know might go a long way.

This Tacobell is unsanitary and should be shut down. Please do not eat here if you don’t want to get sick. The owner of this franchise should be embarrassed. The guac and lettuce in my burrito was brown and there was trash everywhere and a thick film of filth over everything in the dining area.
