Horrible experience. Nobody cares including corporate when filing a complaint. Such a waste of time. Customer service is trash when they finally answer the phone only to hang up on you and then disconnect their phone line. Avoid this place. I’ve already filed an official complaint which obviously went nowhere and yet you send a generic response to file again. I’ll call the appropriate number. Thanks for nothing.

Came in today about 6pm (Monday March 6, 2019), place was empty, couple cars at drive thru. I’ve only had the market fresh sandwiches and regular roast beef sandwiches before, so today I tried the red pepper philly roast beef. Server took my order quickly, sandwich came out within 5 minutes. Sandwich didnt look like the menu photo but it tasted pretty good.
Place looked clean. Restroom looked clean but smelled like sewage backed up.

Worse location every horrible service you pay that much money and a deal with that kind of shitty service and they still can’t give you your food. And call to talk to. Manager they hang up on you multiple time then shall they. Don’t care it and won’t fix the issue.

I’m only giving one star because I can’t give any less than that.
I ordered a number 15 & 16, the food was cold & greasy. And I had to go back two times because they couldn’t get my drink order correct. All I had was a Dr. Pepper & Coke but they kept giving me Diet Coke.
I will never return to this Arby location again!!!!

Went to drive thru today about 4:45 pm, was told to hang on Which isn’t a problem. 4 minutes later a guy came over the speaker what do you want. I proceeded to give him my order after each order he said very rudely is that all, we finished placing our order was given a total and told to pull around. I decided to leave I know DT people deal with a lot but maybe it’s the attitude that causes some of the problems

For the past two weeks I’ve been trying to get a damn beef and cheddar and I just keep getting a Beef.
I only stop at Arby’s during my 30 minute lunch, it’s one of the few options we have in rockmart. I don’t have time to go back and correct it and I’m normally having to order for multiple people so I can’t check everything. I’m on a time limit.
I don’t know what they need to hear to put cheese on my sandwich but however I order it comes back wrong. This time I told them I want a beef and cheddar combo and I just get a beef sandwich. This is really starting to suck.
