Air Guide Heating and Cooling
Our team at Air Guide Heating & Cooling stops by this Panda Express regularly. The food is always fresh, service is fast, and the staff is friendly. A great spot for a quick, reliable meal during a busy workday. Highly recommended.

I went there after work to grab a bite. I usually don’t do this but for the price I paid for I should’ve gotten better quality of food. The shrimp looks like it’s old. And the rice like it was the last from the pot.

one of the worst panda’s i’ve ever been to.
ridiculous tiny/stingy portions, the rice is always hard and dry, the employees just don’t seem to care about anything.
if you go through the drive thru, you will almost certainly get the wrong items on your order. check it BEFORE you drive away from the window. or just avoid this place altogether.

This location is horrible, these employees don’t care to give decent service or serve good food. I ordered 2-side meal. I was asked if I wanted to buy a bag for 8 cents for my drive-thru order, I declined since I was going straight home, so I got a very dirty container on all 4 sides! I couldn’t even place it on my passenger seat. I guess when you don’t give them 8 cents you get sauce on the outside. To make matters worse, when I got home and opened this messy box it barely had any meat. It was supposed to have orange chicken and the new blazin bourbon chicken, instead it had bunch of fried crispy bread clumps and like 5 meat pieces between the 2 items.

It’s 8 mo later and nothing has improved. Portions are still way less then they are suppose to be per their policy and still just bunch of clumpy breading instead of chicken. 3 pieces of actual chicken. Chow main was also under cooked this time.
Go elsewhere.

Will not be coming back. I tried to go in at 10:05 the other evening only to find the doors locked and the employee inside just stared at me. It says they close at 10:30 on the door and also online. Went back for dinner at a more reasonable hour the next day and was given the bottom of the barrel, soft squishy and old tasting chow mein, and also the very last scoop of honey walnut shrimp. The employee (same one who had ogled at me as I had struggled with the locked door the night before) did not offer for me to wait until a fresh batch was made. I ordered a “bigger plate” and was then told that ragoons don’t count as a side anymore, but as an appetizer, and they still charged me for the bigger plate along with the extra charge for the ragoons. I couldn’t even eat the chow mein it was so disgusting. I’ve learned my lesson and am giving up on this chain altogether.

The rangoons were a weird texture like they weren’t fully cooked. The teriyaki chicken looked casket ready and tasted bland. The broccoli and beef tasted sad. The orange chicken was okay enough. Super greens were not cooked enough. Overall, I really hope I don’t feel sick after eating some of this. $50 for some of the most underwhelming food I have had in a while

I have been coming to panda for years now and they recently just changed their portion sizing I believe because now every time I go there, I get literally the smallest scoop of chicken. This is ridiculous. Also, my husband got teriyaki chicken and they keep forgetting to put his teriyaki sauce in the bag. How are you going to eat teriyaki chicken without teriyaki sauce?? Lol

Had the best customer service from Tesa! She ensured our food stayed warm and managed the rush hour gracefully!

Put in my order, was told hold on, while I assumed he checked if there was enough orange chicken, was told ok to continue if there was anything else I wanted…. Get home and I have a portion and a half of orange chicken, it’s cold, and it’s mostly the tiny crunchy nuggets with no real meat in them. Just tell me there isn’t enough I could have ordered something else. It was dinner time so I assume more was on, I could have waited too. It seems they tried to make up for it with noodles???? Lame.

This was by far the friendliest Panda Express I’ve ever been to! Every single person was soooo nice. They were so great and I tried to tip them but I guess it’s against policy so I’m putting my first Panda Express review here. If you want a great experience, definitely hit up this spot. Thank you Friday at 11 am crew. Sorry. I didn’t catch their names.
