I went through the drive-thru – employees very unfriendly and worst of it all on my $20 + order – we hardly got anything we ordered and the food was cold. Of course by the time we got home, unloaded the kids etc. we didn’t go back.

I get not wanting to do your job then don’t work. But for those of us, who have to pick up delivery orders for customers, who honestly want to do our job walking in the store and not be greeted or asked if we need help with anything shows how poor this establishment is. I came in 07/01/2025 for a pickup order. There was man wearing blue, probably the manager. He looked me directly in the eyes yet never spoke. He kept on filling orders for the drive-thru. There was also a worker who looked at me too without speaking. I stood there waiting and still no one spoke to me or acknowledged me. I could’ve been rude or nasty but that’s not my style. You can’t be that busy that you can’t even bother to speak to someone. I guess this is the McDonald’s standard now. Customer service doesn’t matter. Definitely think twice about eating and picking up orders here. This place ain’t it.
