I would not recommend, the food is getting bad along with the service. Our food got cold while waiting on our chicken they forgot to drop. Instead of making new food we were served food that sat for about 10 mins.

Arby’s in Carthage Mo has the rudest service. You will stand there and get ignored by the staff. You get the cook huffy in back ground because things get added to the order. Out of chicken at 8pm??? This location gets worse every time I return. Give your staff there proper training and let them know acknowledging customers at the register is what brings in the money.

We had to wait for a little while but not horribly long. They forgot to put in our order of curly fries but we’re very quick to get them when we returned. Overall a good experience. Kristin was very nice !!!

So, had an interesting interaction with the new cashier….”rolland” think is his name. This is the second time I’ve met him and I’m unsure why he wants to give me such a snarky and condescending attitude every time. Guy literally gave me the third degree asking me why I’m ordering so much food so late at night and hopes that I’m sharing with someone. Like, brother….I work 12 hour shifts and ain’t got much time to cook so having a few sandwiches in the fridge to quickly grab in the morning and for lunch helps.
Have to admit tho, first time someone has ever insulted me over weight.
Well, if that’s how it’s gonna be then I got no problem not coming back. Dunno what this fella’s issue is but I’m not interested in arguing with some disgruntled employee in the drive-thru.

The lettuce was so wilted and soured that two bites threw it a way tried to contact them so they could fix it and not give out to other customers. The drive thru guy has such long nails and dirt under finger nails a long with itching sores all over his arms . And then handing my bag to me if I hadn’t done on line ordering I would had just left. This is unacceptable behavior !!!
