I had the pleasure to stop in today because I was hungry. I have been going through alot so my day was not particularly well. I got to talk to Sebastian as he made my meal today. I must say best sandwich I have had at subway in forever. Sebastian was very professional and courteous and made me feel like I was a valued customer. I walked out of there feeling better. I will be coming back to this subway when he is working everytime. Thank you.

So I normally love going to this Subway but today the service was horrible. Our sandwich maker had a horrible attitude and was rude while making our sandwiches. She has long red hair. She said “what do you want” in a rude tone and continued to have a horrible attitude the entire time

So, a few days ago my bonus mom and I went here to grab some food. The food tasted ok, the issues were that;
1. The worker drenched my bonus mom’s sandwich with cheese and sauce
2. There was a fly in the cookie container
3. There was dust everywhere
4. There was a fly IN MY FOOD

I will not be going back there to get food, and hopefully other subways don’t do the same.

Was here Sunday Dec, 8th 2024. I need to say NOEL WAS HOLDIN IT DOWN! This store had this poor girl running solo at noon in the middle of a lunch rush on a weekend in December. It was busy as all hell and I watched this young lady tolerate some rude individuals whilst preparing meals for 8 guests. The lack of leadership shows in regards to the team members who are obviously burnt out. Id say do better but due to the low star ratings you have been receiving but the owners obviously do not care.

FLY POOP EVERYWHERE.
On the signs, on the glass, on the ceiling, there has to have been over a dozen flies floating over the food counter. I understand it’s close to the door, but if you look across to the bakery on the other side of the entrance it’s not even close to as bad.
There was old food smudges on every surface, dust and food crumbs built up between the glass and the food containers, on the ceiling, and wall menus.
There was only one girl making food, we were in line for 25-30 min with only one 4 person family in front of us. Once we finally were about to be served we saw the vegetables/meat, I was disgusted, everything was limp/soggy and there was a literal fly perched on the cold cuts. We left.
I know it’s just a Walmart Subway, but I’ve seen local restaurant’s go out of business for less. Super disgusting, shows how they feel about their customers.

If I could give negative stars I would one star is far too generous. My boyfriend went in ordered 2 boss sandwiches. While he was there he repeatedly told the worker he wanted pepper jack cheese on both. When he got home we realized they had not put pepper jack as requested so he went back to have them remake the sandwiches. The so called manager that was there at the time refused him saying he heard him say American when even the employee who made the sandwiches said no he asked for pepper jack. My boyfriend simply told them he simply wanted them remade & did not want a refund what so ever and the manager continued to argue with him and handed him a cookie bag with pepper jack cheese stating that is the only thing they could do. He acted completely unprofessional and caused a scene leading to Walmart security escorting my boyfriend out when he was not acting in any way to do so. This location needs new management that is completely ridiculous & unprofessional for any establishment to act in this way. Not to mention we ended up going to another location down the street that said they received a call from the subway we had just left “warning” them of my boyfriend that he might come in for a free sandwich. The worker there told the other “manager” off because they have had other instances where the same thing had happened to other customers and they go to this other location to get their food instead because the subway in Walmart refused them even though they made their food wrong. The fact that this has been occurring to other people is ridiculous. Don’t get your food here we recommend you going to the subway on 1657 Mohawk.

Manager Taylor was extremely rude and had the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! Will definitely not be returning to the Subway inside Walmart ever again. Have already talked with corporate and hope it doesn’t happen to any other customers. Taylor should be ashamed of themselves.

Normally I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The last couple of times I was in there everything was great, but today my wife went there and waited in line to get a couple of sandwiches. When the employee was done with the customer , she was helping , she grabbed all of her dirty utensils and took them in the back and never came back. About five minutes later , a different employee came out looked at her did something then went in the back. Then she came out again did something and returned to the back. Then a few mins later the first employee finally came back, but only to dump the trash. My wife finally gave up and left after waiting 10-15 mins. I can understand if it was busy or something but it wasn’t. A simple I’ll be with you in a minute would have been nice.

I placed a delivery order because we have covid and just needed some food. When the order arrived it was incorrect so I called the store. I was told to bring my sandwich in and they would remake it. When I explained why that was not possible I was told to call door dash and have them pick up the correct sandwich but that the manager wasn’t going to pay for it to be delivered because it would come out of her pocket. So here I am, no sandwich, and out the money for the order. Subway doesn’t need to slice their meat for every sandwich they need to fix their employees. When this is the kind of service you give you’ll be out of business in 10 years. I emailed corporate and will be going to jersey mikes for sandwiches from now on. Their food is better and so is their costumer service. Teach your manager to offer refunds for people with covid. I didn’t go to the store but I know there are people who would.
