I can definitely help, I just need a bit more to work with. Are you trying to write a review, revise one you already drafted, or respond to someone else’s review?
If you want, you can paste the text here and tell me the tone you’re aiming for—professional, friendly, assertive, concise, anything. I’ll shape it into something polished and effective.

I wish I could give the restaurant more stars but both the food and service didn’t deliver. I was in the mood for Ramen soup but the waiter suggested the Ramen Soup was not the best choice and suggested the Jung Soup. It was spicy but had no flavor. I also had the Chicken fried Rice and it was not thst good. The fried rice was all soy sauce with no egg, veggies and lacked flavor. I think there are better places to dine.

You’ve got the core message down — it’s clear, fair, and specific. If you want it to read a bit more polished and balanced while still being honest, here’s a refined version you can use:
I wish I could give this restaurant more stars, but both the food and the service fell short. I originally wanted the ramen, but the waiter advised against it and recommended the Jung Soup instead. Unfortunately, it was spicy but lacked any real flavor.
I also ordered the chicken fried rice, which was disappointing as well. It tasted mostly like soy sauce and didn’t include the usual egg or vegetables, leaving it flat and one‑note.
Overall, I think there are better dining options elsewhere.
If you want it to sound sharper, softer, funnier, or more formal, I can tailor it however you like.

If you want to fold that into your review smoothly, you could polish it a bit so it flows with the rest of what you wrote. A couple of clean options:
Option 1 — Simple and direct:
The ambiance was great, though, which made the experience a bit more enjoyable.
Option 2 — Slightly warmer:
The ambiance itself was great, and I really liked the atmosphere, even if the food didn’t quite match it.
Option 3 — More polished:
One positive note is the ambiance — the space is inviting and well done.
If you want, I can weave it directly into the full review so it reads like one cohesive piece.

Since it is a very expensive place to eat you would think the food would be good but sadly it is really bad. There were two of us and we both ordered sushi which they specialize in. Our food was so bad that I would go so far as to call it disgusting. It stunk like old fish that was originally frozen. We ordered a mojito and it came straight from a bottle of mix that was simply poured into a glass with so little alcohol that it was a joke. Our bill for two people was over $100. The only thing that was good was our server. We would NEVER return.
TO THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED FROM RESTAURANT BELOW:
Oh yes, I’m reviewing the correct restaurant (Umami Sushi Lounge & Grill Fusion in Conway Arkansas). It was sickening and very expensive.
