Wonderful, wonderful taco truck. They’re the taco king for a reason, best taco truck I’ve tried round these parts and I’m gonna keep coming back for more!!
They double layer the corn tortillas per taco, so a popular method my partner uses is having one tortilla initially to eat, and then using the other tortilla to eat the fillings that spilled out of the taco! (They stuff these things beautifully)
We had the fajita and the trompo, as well as the horchata, 11 tacos , a large drink and a side of charro beans for 25 bucks, y’all… You rlly can’t beat it.

Ok, I put my foot in my mouth! I realize now why the price is different. They charge 0.50 for each extra sauce and it was my failure to read. I am noticing it’s a sauce cup per 4 tacos. I always made sure I got one green and red, no matter what I ordered. I guess I paid extra for the times I only ordered 4 tacos.
They have been my regular. It helps that they are just down the corner from the neighborhood. It also helps that they are still pretty affordable even after the price hiked by a quarter a taco. Note, I am used to paying $3 for a street taco and their best was not as good as TK’s (except for Los Angeles and I mainly lived in Northern California) My wife and son agreed, too! New family favorite. Time to invest in a treadmill…

Don’t like the fact the prices are not clear. They give you a total, and maybe you go sit while you wait or use the bathroom etc and then the total is different… weird…
Is 2025 and no phone number? Having a basic phone with the cheapest plan would be a big plus! And maybe starting to accept cards also.

The tacos are really good. Inky reason didn’t get 5 stars is because they keep raising the prices. Original price was $1.25 per taco now they are $1.75. If they go up anymore I’ll just stop coming here. Another thing they change $6 for a avocado. That is insane when heb has them for $1.50.

If anyone is looking for it, this is the location that used to be on the corner of Spring Cypress and Grant! These are the best tacos in the surrounding area (Trust me, we’ve tried SO many Mexican places and nothing compares). Every meat option is flavorful and the price can not be beat. They only take cash but there’s an ATM in the Chevron it’s parking in front of. If you live close, do not pass up this food truck. You won’t be disappointed.
