A fun, down-to-earth saloon in the heart of Forest Grove. The Red Rooster Saloon brings together great music, local art, and community fun — including Rockstar Bingo, karaoke every Thursday and Saturday at 8 PM, Bunco the Wednesday of each month, paint night the Tuesday of each month, and a wide variety of fun boards games throughout the bar. Enjoy an old-school Nintendo, games of the PS5, Chive Trivia every night, and a community poker table available for anyone to use. Hall seating is available for families with minors. I had a craving for grilled cheese with tomato soup, the combo was delicious, as well as the rest of the soup on its own! I love that it’s homemade ❤️ The chicken pot pie was also quite tasty! I plan to go back to try the Philly Melt, it looks absolutely scrumptious! Atmosphere isn’t my scene, but nice to see many others enjoying themselves!

Absolutely loved this place! Everyone was super nice and attentive and were very helpful with recommendations. I’m vegan and they were able to accommodate my dietary needs with the tomato soup and even a vegan grilled cheese, which were both delicious! The vault is such a great place to hang out in there, especially with all that awesome art. I also loved the tables upstairs, which are all so unique. We will definitely be back!

10/10 recommend. This is a laid back chill vibe. There’s always something fun to do that’ll keep you occupied. They’ve got a Yahtzee game going on right now and the pot it’s at like $200. The service is great. The food is fantastic. The drinks are delicious. The people are fun. What more could you ask for? And if you an introvert (like me) but want the “bar experience” they have a lounge up stairs where you can enjoy old school games and just chill on their little sofa. Gotta pull through this place at some point.
