I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this MOD Pizza location. When I walked in, there were three employees hanging around by the drink station. One went to the back, another left the store completely, and the third was sweeping. I stood in line for seven full minutes with no other customers in the store before anyone even acknowledged me.
The woman sweeping was standing only a few feet away and clearly saw me waiting, but it took her that long to finally come over. When she did, she didn’t greet me or even say hello—just immediately asked, “What would you like?” To make matters worse, she didn’t wash her hands after sweeping and using a dustpan before handling food, and she had headphones in the entire time.
She completed my order but then just set my pizza down on the counter instead of putting it in the oven. It sat there for about four more minutes until another employee finally came out and placed it in the oven. By that point, I had already wasted over 11 minutes waiting.
I normally don’t complain about service because I understand employees can be busy, but this was just disrespectful and unsanitary. The woman with headphones disappeared to the back after sweeping, and it felt like no one cared about the customers at all. The only saving grace was the employee who eventually put my pizza in the oven—she was kind, but honestly should have stepped in sooner.
On top of that, the counter area where they set food was cluttered with an open pizza box and a soda cup someone was clearly eating from. Totally unprofessional and unclean.
I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. I’d rather drive a little farther to the Rockford MOD where the staff actually knows how to treat customers.

Yesterday, 2/13/2026, I came to this location around 4:30 p.m. When I arrived I was greeted by the pizza maker. I explained what I wanted and upon me asking the pizza maker to please make sure there isn’t any cheese in the tomato sauce (there was cheese in the tomato sauce) when she puts it on my pizza because I am lactose intolerant.
Her response was “you have to let us know as soon as possible that you are lactose intolerant, otherwise we can’t read your mind”.
I found her comment to be highly disrespectful. I ignored her ignorant comment and proceeded to tell her what else I wanted on my pizza. I asked her to sprinkled garlic on the crust. I told her it didn’t have to be perfect.
Her response was, ” Normally we don’t do that” and as she’s putting the garlic on the crust she asks if I only wanted it on the crust. So I stated, “Yes that’s fine”.
She then replied “I don’t know what that’s going to do for you” and I stated I’ve had this done before, its fine.
As she’s putting away the garlic she flicks the remaining garlic that was on her glove, over the pizza. After we had just discussed to only put it on the crust.
When I received my pizza, the crust was burnt. There was another young woman taking pizza out of the oven and she stated she could cut off the burnt pieces. I also asked her to show me the bottom of the pizza. To me it looked fine so I told her it was okay.
Regarding the woman that made my pizza, she was a tall white woman with a bunch of piercings on her mouth and nose.
I didn’t appreciate the attitude and disrespect i received from her yesterday. Hopefully management will retrain her on customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

The exceptional manager went above the call of duty when having to deal with door dash. Door dash really dropped the ball and didn’t care they did. Thankfully, the manager stood behind Mods name and didn’t let them tarnish it.
Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent attention tonight. My son was very greatful he said it was twice as good as normal. Thank you. More an0d more things change. Glad Mods staying the same. Great as always.

Many selections of Pizza, and you can add more topping. PIzza is thin and crispy. We ordered the Jasper spicy chicken, but we didn’t taste any spicy at all.

Writing this review right after leaving- the food was delicious as always but the moment I walked in.. a short lady wearing a bandana was running around the kitchen and did not even greet or acknowledge me until she was finally ready to take my order. Then when she was cashing me out she still was not making eye contact nor was smiling at all. Did not say thank you or enjoy your pizza after I paid or went to grab it when it was ready. As I was walking out the door did not get any sort of thank you or have a nice night either… food quality was still as great as usual but why this lady had such an attitude blew me.

Its unreasonable that I ordered a PLAIN CHEESE pizza and received additional toppings that I did not have on the order and they tried to charge me extra for it and to top it all off they even gave me small tiny pizzas when i ordered large on both. When I called their phone number nothing was done and they didnt even offer a refund and just hung up on me. Anywhere else has better reception than this place.

Tried the new pocket pizza. Tastes great but its just a folded mini pizza, very messy.
Staff were awesome and very helpful. We got a customized pizza and a salad. Very large portions and so many options. Will be returning here often.

Just wanted to share what a little over $40 dollars gets you from MOD. If you’re looking for a mouth full of minced garlic and grease on cardboard, then their garlic bread is for you. The kids wanted an Alfredo sauce and cheese pizza but what we got was a really thin cardboard flavor with some cheese. The pizza for the wife and I was suppose to have 3 different cheeses. Now I don’t know about you but it looks more like a sauce pizza with a hint of cheese. Not only that, we got it for delivery and it didn’t come until almost 20 minutes later then when it said it would arrive. It was all cold
