Panama George
The shrimp rolls (rollo fresco con camarón) where very good and close to being the best in town. Creamy and delicious, the peanut sauce was likely the best I have ever tried. The fried chicken wings with barbecue sauce (alitas de salsa de BBQ) were flavorful. And the mixed noodles with beef option were excellent. Service was very good and the staff knew the details of each dish. Online menu for a touch of modern professionalism.
This is the fourth Vietnamese restaurant I have been to in the city. Unlike the others, this place does not have the mom and pop aura commonplace with such establishments. Instead, it feels overly western. That is not a bad thing though. Instead, that is actually a very good thing for those who like their food upscale, like it was made by a chef in an expensive place. That is the main difference between this and the other top three locations in town.
Overall very good flavors and decor. The aforementioned peanut sauce will bring me back here, and I will take the opportunity to try the banh mi sandwich to see authentic it tastes.

A nice place, well designed and very comfortable. They have many nice dishes which are always well presented. I have been twice and I have and always enjoyed although one thing I have not liked was the fries, too oily and not very flavoured. They could certainly improve this bit overall this is a nice place.
