This place needs to fix their coupons and customer service. The man behind the counter refused to honor the Tuesday and Wednesday $9.99 each special for me and my family. We ordered 3 of the spaghetti and meatballs plus the medium cheese pizza for $9.99 EACH (see picture). We also ordered an additional salad. When my husband went to pick up, the man refused to honor the coupon. We got the coupon from this exact location a few days ago. The man claimed the coupon had a limit where it is stated as a Tuesday Wednesday special and doesn’t mention a limit anywhere on the coupon (see photo). The man kept arguing and blamed it on us saying we needed to tell him and that the particular one we ordered came with 4 meatballs and garlic bread and the special only comes with 3 meatballs. So he’s essentially arguing about bread and 3 extra meatballs. We would’ve been fine if he just took away the bread and 3 meatballs, but, again he argued with my husband refused to honor the coupon so we left. I don’t think he knew how to read his own coupon. It’s sad because we used to like going here now we have a horrible experience and want to avoid this place. Mexican food it is!

I’m one of the few people that is not a big pizza fan. And often ordering a sandwich from a pizza chain can be disappointing. Not here! The turkey sub was delicious. And I know a thing or two about turkey sandwiches. It’s one of my favorite foods.

Amazing Pizza. I wish I found them sooner. We do pizza every Friday for the kids and they LOVE their cheese pizza. I would also like to compliment their response to errors. My first Pizza arrived slightly cold and looked overcooked. I called for a replacement Pizza and they sent one in 35 minutes no questions asked. Pleasant staff, pleasant delivery and the Pizza is perfect. Thank you! You have a customer for life.

The store is a Northridge classic. I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid and it’s still just as good as I remember. The staff is friendly and the quality is top-notch and consistent. You can’t get any better without maybe going to Italy or something. The pizza is great but they make hands down the best meatball sub anywhere.

Went to go in and order lunch afyer I got off of the phone. So I was in the parking lot talking and the manager came out and put a placard on my vehicle stating it was going to be towed. I went in and spoke with him and he was extremely rude and disrespectful. Even after I told him I was going to be ordering food from him he still persisted in be indignant. I would recommend everyone go somewhere else. Vote with your dollar and dont stand for businesses treating their potential customers like this.

Worst veggie lasagna I’ve ever had. I learned that every Ameci’s is franchised independently owned. What I didn’t know is that their menus are different. The most amazing veggie lasagna is at the Artesia Blvd, Manhattan Beach location.

Watch-out. They charge full price for toppings even if it’s only on half the pizza. Also, make sure they tell you the price including taxes and delivery, sometimes they do and don’t, making it hard to compare regular price vs. specials.

Ordered spaghetti, wings, pizza, and mozzarella sticks. It took over an hour to deliver. The pizza was overdosed with rosemary. The spaghetti was bland. Mozzarella sticks were burnt. The wings were awful I don’t know how you mess up wings but they accomplished it.
