Just be honest with your customers if you don’t have good bread at the moment we will understand and order something else..
Plz don’t push 14 dollar sandwiches with stale bread and sad chicken. You might want to check your cooks.. because like I said customer service and atmosphere was pleasant don’t let your cooks ruin your reputation.
I only review plain thin crist pizza, no toppings. I love a variety of toppings, but when it comes to grading a pizza, it’s always without toppings.
The dough is baked with the perfect balance of temperature and hydration and proofed correctly. The result is a perfect thin crust, crispy and light with light pot marks on the bottom. I also sampled their Sicilian (plain). It had a light airy crust, almost cotton candy-like consistency. The sauce is rich and spicy. The cheese is moist and stringy.
Their thin crust plain pizza is a solid 10 out of 10.
I also tried a basic chicken parm sandwich, which was excellent. Delicious crispy chicken cutlet on a crispy hero with sauce and cheese. 8 out of 10. Very good.
We decided to order a variety of items, including mozzarella sticks, garlic knots, grandma style slices, a spinach and cheese calzone, a Buffalo roll, a tomato and mozzarella panini, and a Sicilian style pie. The service was quick, and our food arrived at the table with a smile.
The food was a step up from your average pizza spot in Jersey. While the mozzarella sticks were standard and typical of any pizza spot, the garlic knots were fantastic. They were coated in a generous amount of butter and garlic. The grandma style slices had a crispy undercarriage and packed a lot of flavor, but the sauce could have used a bit more kick. However, this did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the pizza.
The Buffalo roll was fantastic and contained a generous but balanced amount of chicken, cheese, and sauce. It was served with a side of blue cheese. The panini was great as well, although they forgot the pesto, which made it a bit dry. The spinach and cheese calzone was fantastic, filled with high-quality cheese and spinach.
The Sicilian pizza was nice and softer than the grandma style, but just as delicious. Throughout the meal, we noticed the use of high-quality cheese, which was a common theme. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed the delicious food with excellent service.
They got 4 stars from me because the food was very good and they were so nice about everything. They kept apologizing for the wait and conditions. We’d definitely go back, but for take out, not dine in.
