Terrible experience, mainly due to the manager’s rude and unprofessional behavior. From the moment I approached to place an order, I was met with attitude—no greeting, no courtesy, just a clear lack of interest in helping. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the manager actually walked away mid-sentence, as if I was bothering them.
To make matters worse, the drink I received was completely wrong and obviously unmixed. When I politely tried to show them what the drink was supposed to look like—straight from the app—the manager cut me off and snapped, “That’s not how it’s supposed to be.” She at least did take the drink and added in the items missing .
It’s one thing for a staff member to have a bad day, but when the manager is the least professional person in the building, that’s a serious problem. I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location unless they completely overhaul their customer service—starting at the top.

The donuts arrive early every morning, pre-made. They’re not made on-site, which is a bit disappointing. I bought a dozen in the evening, and they were about 12 hours old. They didn’t taste freshly made donuts as those Dunkin’ Donuts shops that make them onsite.
I’m disappointed.

I love going to the Moore store. People are always friendly, the service is great. Everyone is always smiling. When you walk in you’re greeted with good morning, a cute song, a high five. The Crew there really makes you feel like you stand out! Multiple food choices and flavors for your coffee they even have a Baskin Robbins!! Let’s not get started on the cappuccino blast and smoothies the laughter and chatter of the crew makes for the warm and welcoming ambiance as you walk through the door. Just love, love, love this place!! Y’all keep up the good work

This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve been to by and large thanks to “Tracy” who claimed to be a manager. Before I even have a chance to order I hear this woman screaming at employees about how they shouldn’t be wasting time checking if their toppings/dairy products are expired which screams health hazard, despite my better judgement I ordered 1 plain glazed donut and 1 medium iced coffee with whole milk and caramel swirl. Shortly after receiving my coffee and donut I noticed some small dark specks on my donut which upon closer inspection were GNATS and there were CURDLES IN MY LATTE, I brought these issues to Tracy’s attention simply asking for a donut with no bugs and coffee without spoiled milk and she called me a LIAR, at which point I decided to walk out, throw their garbage in the trash and I will never be returning, I encourage everyone else to STAY FAR AWAY

I went in before work. The place was absolute chaos, but there was a young lady named Alex. That was calm. Cool and collect. Got our order, greeted us said thank you for coming in. Wonderful employee. Definitely will be back.

I order the same damn iced coffee every morning which is a very simple order. 9/10 times, it’s screw up. This morning, the lady taking my order didn’t put Carmel in the computer, asks me about it at the window, but did repeat it back to me over the speaker.
Once informed about the Carmel, the employee making the drink asks her coworker what to do.
Her coworker tells her to just dribble caramel syrup on top rather than making my drink with the correct syrups.
Absolutely wicked that a three ingredient drink is too much to ask for.

Alex at this location was PHENOMENAL and despite Dunkin being iffy on their explanation for their free coffee day deal, Alex took the time to explain it to me till I understood it. Dunkin needs to be better at explaining their deals, but Alex genuinely saved my experience at this location. Was having such a bad day and she made it all better.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately I forgot the employee’s name, but she went out of her way Tuesday night, to ensure that I got the exact items I needed. It’s, sadly, not a common occurrence for workers, especially food services workers, to go out of their way to accommodate customers. She did so with a cherry, kind demeanor. I like spending my money in places that treat you like you actually matter! Thank you kind lady!

Gouging customers on drinks. Want less ice? They Short the drink about 1″. Order hot latte? 1″ of foam! I did not order cappuccino. Latte is steamed milk, no foam. Boycott this store. Staff is great. Owner sucks.
