I waited over 30 minutes for an online pickup order. 15-20 minutes into my wait, they handed me my smoothie but not my food. SEVERAL customers walked in, both food delivery service drivers and walk-ins and got their food before me. When they finally handed me my food, the young lady told me my food was ready but it wasn’t in the pickup area. It was sitting on their counter where they prepared the food. On top of this, they had food all over the floors as well as utensils. One worker placed his hat on the pickup shelf to put on his hair net. He did not even bother to clean the area afterwards. These people have terrible communication skills and no sense of urgency.

I loved everything about Just Salad: the food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The place is clean, modern, and offers great healthy options.
The only thing I didn’t like was the wait time, I had to wait 20 minutes just to order a smoothie, and then another 10 minutes to get it. I hope they can improve the service speed at the smoothie bar.
Other than that, everything was excellent!

No AC, also, I’ve been waiting to place my order for over half an hour the employees are more than slow. Please change them or retrain them.
Followup answer : It was October 19th Aventura location, aprox time 2-3 pm .

I came into the store without fully understanding how the catering service worked, needing to place an order for a large group. From the moment I arrived, the manager, Raysa Cruz, was incredibly understanding and supportive. She guided me through the ordering process and even personally stepped in to prepare the sandwiches and salads we needed on such short notice.
I am truly grateful for the exceptional service, the genuine willingness to help, and the care taken to ensure we received some of the best salads and sandwiches in Miami. Thank you to Raysa and the entire team for delivering such an outstanding experience.

Second bad review for this store because this is the 5th time they’ve sent me a chicken salad without chicken and other ingredients. I just had to drive 20 mins to the store so they could remake it. If you don’t have certain ingredients take the items off the menu or call!!!!
Edit: came here again and placed my order 30 minutes in advance on the app only to sit outside for 20 minutes after the pick up time, having to go inside 3 different times to ask about my salad. To top it off I had to enter a FOURTH time to get utensils and the lime I ordered that they forgot to give me. You’d think with a popular chain like this you’d have good management and efficient workers and not consistently mess up orders.
