Food is usually great. And I have no complaints with the food, but the environment is extremely annoying, they have music playing through the speakers that keeps me so tense I cannot enjoy my food. It’s way too loud and just annoying. If they would just turn it down would help but my gosh inside don’t want to eat in that kind of setting totally ruins your meal

Took a road trip from Louisiana and visited Jucy’s for the first time ever on yesterday. 10/10 across the board! I ordered the onion rings with the jr cheeseburger well dressed and baby the burger was soooo juicy, hot and fresh! The bun was slightly toasted on top and came with lettuce, pickles, mayo, mustard, tomato and cheese. The star of the show was the onion rings though. I know, I know, yall are thinking really? Were they that good?? YES. They were hot, seasoned to perfection and were fried just right, not too crunchy! The complimentary beans are also a great addition as well. If you go through drive though, just ask for a few sides of them and they’ll throw some in the bag. I took away one star because they switched my burger with my mom’s order so attention to detail still needs some work but overall we cannot wait to come back to try another Jucy’s burger!!

Prepare to wait over 30 minutes for a single meal every time. Seriously, I’ve been a cook for a couple different places and I know for fact the only meal I get shouldn’t take 10 minutes to prepare. And if it’s busy oh you’ll be in the drive thru for an hr.

We come here quite a bit on Fridays and this is the 3rd time our order has been missing items. We spend about $50 each time to not have everything in bag.. employees need to check tickets! No apologies , however there is one employee who always has great customer service and that is Ryan Phillips.

Got a drive thru order about an hour ago..one person infront of me and my order took over 15 minutes when i only had a chicken strip basket and a single burger..first bite i take of my chicken strip is a longg dark hair..and it’s not just on the food or in the box it’s literally cooked in the breading..hair should be in a hairnet in the kitchen.

I cant lie I was skeptical of this place for awhile and avoided trying it because the prices and the food pictures weren’t super appealing on the website. But the name speaks for itself they’re juicy and the sauce is delicious! My burger was practically falling apart in my hand it was so delicious!!! And dont get me started on the fries just the perfect amount of salt I paired them with some Litehouse jalapeño ranch so good! Dont walk RUN!!!
