For a place that boasts about how good their french fries are this location needs some help. Take a look at my picture. These fries were awful. They had obviously been cooked in oil that was old and rancid. I should’ve known when there was nobody in the Five Guys at noon, and the Whataburger across the street was packed.
I paid 15 bucks for a small hamburger and regular fries with a soda. The burger is served on a cold bun. Gag. Whataburger serves a nice hamburger on a toasted bun. There is a huge difference between a cold piece of bread and a nice warm bun.
This was my first visit to Five Guys. It’ll be my last.

I stopped by cause it was close to the bldg where I had an MRI. Traffic was horrible,terrible and stupid people were driving thru business parking lots . The young lady ( Daniela) was friendly,smiling while taking my order. She even made my fries extra crispy! Please stop by and help them out even though the traffic sucks!! Give it some time. Very nice, I go here all the time and they never fail to disappoint. The cheeseburger and milkshakes are amazing and the fries are delectable! However, their prices have gotten very high, so if you go expect to spend 20+ on a burger, fries, and a drink. But they also still have the free peanuts!

Peanuts: everything is fried in peanut oil there are bags of peanuts at the entrances. It’s a great very good burgers thick sliced tomato bacon cheese meat patty. The fries are skin on fried in peanut oil. Shakes all start as vanilla then you can add topping/blend in s. It’s just so expensive! 48.00 for 2 burgers 1 fry and 2 drinks.

Ordered in the app. Order was incorrect. Called the store person who said he was the manger told me he couldn’t do anything about it because the app is a different system than the store. Asked for the area office number he said he couldn’t give it out. Asked how I could get a refund and he said nothing I could do. I understand mistakes happen but to not be able to get a refund on products I paid for but didn’t get is really bad service. 5 guys is expensive so next time I’ll just use a BK coupon. Really disappointed.

Ordered the big cheeseburger w/bacon, large Cajun fries, drink and shake just to get the entire 1st time experience. Saw the spot on Food Network.
For me, the hype about this place was over the top. Sure, it’s enough fries to feed a small army but the burger was not the “OMG it’s the best thing ever” as I expected.
Value: burger $13, fries $7+, drink $3+, shake $6(way overpriced & small) add it all up and for $33 for 1 meal don’t bring the family.
Summary: For me it’s a “one and done” experience. For the $$ find yourself a Waygu or Kobe Beef burger and that would be worth the high price. Try it once when you have some mad money to burn.

Food was delicious..greasy with great flavors..only reason why I gave the place 3 stars is because….the place was not clean…I stood up waiting for my food instead..I’m sorry but the food was not cheap and trying to eat in a not clean establishment not ok…other than that..my son loved their shakes…good job.

This is a stand out Five Guys. The food was as expected. But the crew working here were fast, friendly, and efficient. They made it feel like you were dropping into a buddy’s burger night to watch the game, instead of a fast food restaurant. And they did this while being impeccably professional. Plus, the place was spotless clean.
