I’m here right now , 7:58 pm… sign on door clearly says dining room open Saturday til 9pm… I’m knocking on windows, and the workers are just ignoring me, no concern about the fact that they are locked and no explanation… but it’s fine. I’m reporting to the district manager and posting pictures of the spot I’m standing and being ignored. They could at least explain the situation like new hours, or something.

I don’t generally review fast food restaurants because my expectations are rarely very high. But if a customer doesn’t eat pork, and asks that a breakfast sandwich be prepared without pork, it seems like a fairly straightforward request. This location could not comprehend and I was sent on my way with a bag of sausage. Apparently no pork means extra pork.

I stopped here with a friend. I was highly impressed by Ms. Shanteria and her team. Everyone was pleasant, patient and polite the entire time. I had a special made Spicy Chicken sandwich she communicated very well with her cook to ensure both orders were correct the first time. The quality of the food was excellent (hot and fresh)!!! Kudos to the cook for the great food.

Do not come to this Burger King! I’ve got me a number one and the man that was on the intercom. He never ask me what drink do you want? He gave me a Diet Coke. It was an older guy with a very nasty attitude.I got my food and I pull off and I start eating some of my fries and I found a piece of hair. I turn around immediately around. I didn’t have an attitude, even though I was mad, and I told the lady at the window what happened started off with my drinking anywhere a piece of hair in my fries. She went to make me another wobble meal, and I tried to give my drink back to the man, and he literally snatched it from me.
I will never go back to the Burger King because I shouldn’t have to be eating someone’s hair in my food. I will be reporting them.

This is the fish sandwich being served at Burger King for $5.00! Not a good value for the money – patty is small and thin (should be $3.00 at most). The one I received was overcooked and I requested a fresh one. The manager was very unprofessional and kept calling me baby (I’m almost 70yo). I asked her not to refer to me as baby and she slammed the drive-thru window in my face and walked away from the window. Sat there until she returned. Contacted Burger King corporate office to report the incident and waiting for their response to such rudeness. Referring to patrons as baby or sweetie, and being disrespectful should not be acceptable in the work place.

Firstly, I was shorted on my money and given no reciept with my change after giving a 100 dollar bill, but I spotted something off and asked for my reciept and checked it as I pulled around to the double doors to wait on my order. It was off $2. Not a big deal but it was some elses money. Drove off after getting my $2 and realized my onion rings on my reciept were fries. Third time my order was messed up in a row and I only been there three times. Aaaand my food was cold but I live 2 minutes away! -_-
