My food wasn’t cooked all the way I ordered sourdough patty melt and cheese was hard not even a little melted the onions were not cooked like it shows on picture ,my fries weren’t filled all the way . We ordered shakes that was pretty much just ice cream in a cup had to eat with spoon . I never mind waiting Just as long as my food is cooked .

Worst service I’ve every had there! From the manager on shift Maggie, was rude and made it one of the worst experiences there. On top of that this is how they pack 4 tacos and 2 chicken sandwiches. My tacos were all smashed and upside down. Also the drive thru guy Sergio, went without washing his hands to the kitchen to make my sandwishes and everyone else’s who was behind me in drive thru. This Jack in the box has gone downhill and hit rock bottom. More than likely will not be going back….

Sandra the morning manager needs to re evaluate her customer service. I like to stop by the drive through for breakfast after my night shift. The food is great but Sandra constantly rushes the orders and doesn’t listen and then gets upset because she misses the small details of the order. Her service can be distasteful.

For fast food, this place is always on point. Food is very hot and made within acceptable guidelines. Other competitors need to be trained at this location because most other places like mcdonalds, wendys, etc are a joke compared to this location. Management staff is always extremely friendly and professional. Thank you for creating a nice culture.
