Its beautiful inside. Very clean. Very calm atmosphere with amazing staff. Everyone is super friendly and patient. I have visited twice already. First visit I was amazed at how every bite was flavorful. The second visit I relived that moment! You will fall in love with this place for sure! We have tried the sushi, the wonton soup, tantan, dumplings, and their hot tea ❤️❤️

We had inferno ramen, soft tofu(non fried) option n chicken option. Both were amazing. For spicy expectations, tan tan seemed bit less saucy type compared to inferno.
If you are looking for spicy heart warming ramen.. INFERNO is your must try.
Medium spice, go for tan tan.. they have chicken, pork or vegetable/tofu option for choice off protein..
Fried rice n noodles is nothing special.. but good options if not going for ramen.
We will be back time to time to validate the experience.. They valid parking if you are concerned about paying for parking at the mall..

Absolutely loved this place. We came in for ramen and it delivered in a big way. The broth was rich and deeply flavorful without being overly salty, and you could tell it had been simmered with real care. The noodles had that perfect chew, and the toppings were generous and well-balanced, especially the grilled shrimp and the jammy egg.
Service was warm and attentive, and the vibe was cozy but lively, the kind of spot you can come back to on a weeknight or bring friends to for a fun meal. If you’re craving ramen with real depth and personality, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back.

i had a great experience at this restaurant in norwalk! we ordered the soup dumplings and a poké bowl and both were absolutely incredible – fresh and flavorful.
what really made the experience stand out was our server amy. between the amazing food and amy’s friendly and attentive service, i’ll definitely be coming back. highly recommend!

LOVE, LOVE ,LOVE, this restaurant!!!!!!!! The sushi was very fresh, the atmosphere was great and the staff is super wonderful. It was my birthday and along with myself were my two lovely friends and we celebrated there by eating sushi, ramen soup, miso soups & bubble teas. The staff there are super friendly & very kind. The manager came over and wished us all a happy birthday. We will definitely be going back there again!!!!

Our server Cruz was awesome. We had a group of 13 and not a single complaint. The food was spot on and really fairly priced. The vibe is perfect… lively, vibrant yet traditional aesthetic, and sprinkled with fun anime Easter eggs. Great Ramen options. I tried the Spicy Tonyu and the Inferno. Both were excellent but definitely go with the Inferno if you love that extra kick. And if you go, you have to get the Takoyaki. Trust me.
I would have loved some cocktails, big lychee martini guy, but I know that’s not usually an option at these establishments.

Chiwa Bistro truly made my day! The service from Helena and Giselle was exceptional — both were incredibly polite, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. Their hospitality went above and beyond my expectations.
I ordered the Osaka Roll and the Pork Tonkotsu Ramen, and both dishes were spot-on: well-balanced flavors, generous portions, and beautifully prepared. The overall experience combined warm service with delicious food, making it a place I’ll definitely return to and highly recommend.

For our first time at Chiwa Bistro, the service was great! Our server attended us well and made sure we were doing well! The food was delicious and it was here where we first tried the scallion pancakes as our appetizer and sushi to start off as well
The sauces that came with the plate were also delicious, one was a soy sauce type and other was a spicy mayo which paired well!
Finally, Our entrees I got the Mayu Ramen and my partner got the shoyu Ramen. They were both delicious and full of flavor! The bowls come out in a generous portion, so come hungry!
P.S If you park in the Norwalk mall, the restaurant offers complimentary parking. You just input your car plates on their tablet the parking will covered.
Overall I recommend this place to those looking for more ramen spots!

This place never fails to create a welcoming atmosphere with amazing quality and taste of their food. I have always enjoyed everything I’ve gotten and the service is top notch. The chicken in the ramen especially, oh my gosh!!!! Amazing! The dumplings, any of them, are also delicious. Sushi is fresh and tasty. This is now one of my partner and I’s staple places. Tonight I brought my mom and she also loved it – which is impressive considering she is selective on food. Great accommodation, excellent service.
