Wings are too expensive for them to be penny pinching on sauce. Every time we order wings here we always order extra BBQ sauce because they just do not do a good job coating them like ever. Extremely annoying. Do better.

I placed my order around 2:30 to have it picked up for 3:30. I had to wait for my cheese sticks which was fine. When I got home i opened the pizza box and the pizza looked like it had been made the day before, put in the refrigerator and then reheated it when I placed my order. My cheese sticks were only cut in the middle, my actual bread sticks looked like they taken out of the box and warmed up. Not cut either. $40 wasted. Definitely won’t ever be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.

Ordered our food online and got there. Got told they had to help other people and had to keep driving around the building because it wasn’t done yet. Was about 20 minutes later when we got our pizza. And the customer service was rude. Never going to this location again. Worst experience I’ve had.

Delivery of barely warm pizza and boneless chicken where all the breading was off the chicken. Worst part was over $30 for a large pizza and 4 boneless wings. Never again!

i placed an online order an hour before they closed and the online tracker estimated it would be there at 10:27 but the status didn’t change for a while so i tried calling because they closed in 15 minutes at that point and i got no answer so i called back and still no answer. i called 10 times waiting a minute between each call and got transferred to a pizza hut call center who transferred my call back to the store at this point it was 11:20 and they had been closed for 20 minutes but they finally answered the phone and told me my driver left already and he should be there any minute so i went to wait outside in the cold because the tracker was useless at that point and he still took 15 minutes to get there after the phone call 1000% recommend just going to pick it up yourself if you don’t want your food to be cold
