Very disappointed. I come here all the time and its always a hit or miss. This time was a very Hard miss. Barely any sauce -and my “wings meal” was all drummetts and no wings! Plus they were cold and stale.

once again asked for extra seasoning for fries and didn’t get any and ONE FRY out of all of them has seasoning on them. check it out. at this point give me the seasoning recipe or lmk where i can buy it. greedy people fr and they don’t care for the quality of their food. ALSO asked for NO zax sauce AGAIN and they slammed it on there. heading up there now they better make it right.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but the service was almost immediate. Surprisingly, the Cobb salad I ordered was still fresh. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I felt genuinely welcomed, unlike many fast-food establishments that treat customers like burdens. There was an annoying beep from the soda fountain, but as a food worker, I understand that technical glitches can occur. Overall, it was a great experience, and considering the restaurant has 666 reviews, I felt compelled to leave another. Great job, guys!!

I hate to do this, but I ordered my food for delivery online, and had half of my meal missing, the coleslaw tasted like it sat out all day and night it was so sour it made me throw up, the sandwich was so cold like it was in a fridge or sitting out and I was honestly scared to eat it, I waisted $20 and got sick. I’ve been going to this Zaxby’s since I was 8 and I’m honestly shocked by the quality of my food.

I DO NOT NOT RECOMMEND the new lemon pepper chicken strips which are soooooooooo salty! The lemony taste is great but the salt is so much that I was not able to eat them. Had to throw away a large order. Glad there were fries and coleslaw to eat.

I went inside for takeout 10/9/25 at 12pm, placed order well, but then saw my order sit in the window for 5 minutes. I told the cashier who was going back and forth between orders and taking orders, she said she had to take orders in lobby first. Instead of having someone take orders outside drive thru trying to be Chick-Fil-A, put staff at the order window instead so food doesn’t sit there and it moves quicker, especially during lunch.

Got here at 7:50 with two cars in the drive through, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich at 8:05 and was told it would take 6 minutes… Still sitting here at 8:20. After reading the reviews, sounds like this is a common issue for this location, don’t come here if you’re looking for fast food.
EDIT: Just got home and they didn’t put any tomato on the sandwich and the most pathetic amount of lettuce I have ever seen. Don’t go here if you want good food either.

Order # 38334317073448965, Pulled up to drive through with no one else in line (except) a car pulled up at drive through waiting??. and was immediately asked to wait??. I had an app order from 10 minutes earlier. When the individual finally addressed me, she confirmed app order. This Zaxby which is closest to my home has a history of screwing up orders so I check to make sure there were two kids meals for my Grandkids. There was! Thought maybe they got it right for once. But nope, ordered 2 kids meals and one did not have any chicken in it. Additionally, No sauce was put in the bag either. If my grandaughter didn’t love Zaxby’s, I would NEVER go there. Future orders will hold up what ever line and go through the entire package that will statistically be wrong. Highly recommend NOT to come to Zaxby in the Lexington SC Area.
