There was one car in the drive thru when I pulled up. They were at the window. I waited at the drive thru menu for about 3-4 minutes, which wasn’t a big deal. I told them I had a mobile order and pulled up to the window. I waited another couple minutes. The man asked me if I wanted the sparkling water. I told him I ordered a Celsius. He said something similar to “okay you want the orange sparkling energy.” I said yes because you could describe a Celsius that way, since I ordered the orange one that was offered online. I’m not sure what this is but I know I was not given an orange Celsius. I contacted corporate to try and get a refund on the drink. The rest of my order was fine.

I’ve been here a lot over the past year and I’m never coming back after my visit last week. Certain employees are incompetent at making drinks the way I order them (and I order them very simple, like some shots of flavor and cream) and their matcha latte (which was $7 btw) was literally just milk. By the time we tried the drink we had already driven away, so for wasting my money repeatedly, here’s your 1 shameful star.

Food is always great, but service is HORRIBLE, as someone who has been in customers service most of my career, this is not how it’s done. I usually have a mobile order and go through the drive through. I’m greeted with “can I help you.” Which isn’t the worst—not the best—not the worst tho. I’ll say I have a mobile order, which the usual response is “pull up.” Nothing more, nothing less. Then when I get to the window for my food the lady who is usually there just stares at me until I say something. Well, I didn’t do that today. If I’m not asked a question, I’m not obligated to talk. So we’re just sitting there having a staring contest until she gets annoyed and asks “what’s the name” and then I got my food easy peasy. Love Dunkin’s food, but something needs to change with the employees. Not to be that person, but if I’m constantly getting pissed off at the service provided here, I’ll just go to Starbucks

one of the best and most consistent Dunkin’ Donuts i’ve ever been to. i’d say I order from here at least three times a week and my food/latte is always phenomenal, i always get the same thing and the workers there know me and know my order by heart, it’s just such a friendly, refreshing atmosphere. a barista by the name of Key (i’m sorry if i’m spelling it wrong) really warmed my heart today with her bubbly personality, her humor and her kindness. genuinely made my morning and was an amazing reminder of the kindness of strangers

Would give 0 stars if I could. Woman working there couldn’t even speak English, didn’t understand what I was asking for at all and was apparently the manager. Bagels were stale and hard as rocks. This Dunkin used to be good, would not recommend giving them your money now

Were not easy to comminicate with, were awful with clarification, rude as all get out. Got 2 of the 3 drinks wrong. All around the only good thing id give is we got the drinks quickly. But that’s because they were wrong. Not going back.

I had to explain to the guy that I was using the app. He didn’t know why I had held out my phone to scan the barcode. The drink came out hot and when I told him I had ordered it iced he just stared at me for a few seconds..it was uncomfortable. The new drink still didn’t taste right. This place has really gone downhill the last few years.

Just bought a drink from there, a specialty drink. Wanted a different drink that was listed on the menu. They said they didn’t have it any more. So I think they need to take it off menu….. after getting the drink we ordered nobody says anything to you, not even a Thank You. One drink is almost $8.00. Courtesy please!!!!! Nobody seems happy at their job.

The manager at this location (white wide older female) was hesitant to give me a refund because I didn’t like the quality of their food As well as them getting the order wrong. She was trying to argue with me that the donuts were glazed, but they were dry . She asked me how I would like the refund. I told her through card and She asked me to answer it and I asked her can I use Apple Pay since my card is in my card and she said yeah I can do Apple Pay and then give me cash and i’m like huh? And she was like it’s too late. And I asked her how was it too late because you just asked me how I would like my payment but you end up giving me cash anyway and then She almost lied saying I said I didn’t want to use my card and backtracked herself . I asked her what’s wrong with her and why is she making it a big deal that I just wanna refund I’m not causing any issues. and then she she gives me the refund and asks for my name and told one of the workers how to remember this receipt she’s going to talk about it later . weird ! i didn’t know it was so difficult to get a refund here .

The first time I went there, my drink was wonderful. Now the past few times I’ve went there, it’s been awful. My most recent visit made me where I’m never coming back. Me and my friend got drinks and it looked nothing like the picture. It tasted terrible. They said they didn’t have half the ingredients. Usually I’m the one who isn’t the type to want a refund but this drink didn’t remotely taste good at all. Never coming back.
