Ordered my food said it would be here in 20 to 30 minutes took almost hour and a half. And that was after it said it was delivered. My boxes was damaged one pushed in on top of my pizza and the bottom box was caved in on the undercarriage. And I got garlic parm wing and they was absolutely disgusting. Chicken was slimy and sauce just dumped on top of them not coating all the wings. Photos is included.

I ordered at 9:38 tonight and the store was still open. The tracker said my order left the store at 10:01. I never received the order and it was shown as delivered. My address is right across the street from this Dominoes location! They had the driver take the order along with others further away from the store. That driver got stuck and couldn’t make it back to the store. The store manager decided to close the store. So, no phone call to me telling me that my order was cancelled. I called the store. The manager flat out said there was nothing he could do, he closed the store, and that he canceled the order on my credit card. I looked on the credit card account. It wasn’t. It’s unreal that they had the driver go further away from the store with deliveries first. I used to work for another pizza company. Order closer were delivered first. I am not happy with this Dominoes. The manager officered nothing to make it better. I will not order from them again even though they are across the street.

My husband and I have ordered from here, nearly every week, for months on end. You can’t beat the price for what you get. Yeah, it’s not perfect every single time, but we’re okay with that. Recently, they have been getting our order 100% correct and it has been GLORIOUS! Are you wanting extra cheese on a pan pizza? You are going to get it! As long as they don’t up their prices drastically like Pizza Hut, we will be ordering here for the foreseeable future. I’ll be calling out a specific employee for praise once I find out her name. She is working there most of the time and I do feel terrible that we haven’t remembered it yet. I’ll be updating this in a week after we order again. 🙂

I love Domino’s and it’s been the go to corporate pizza place since I was a kid. The people who worked there are very sweet and my order was made ready on time. My only complaint is that the size of mediums are basically the size of small pizzas now but they charge more than they used to. They need to rename them because the medium pizza is the size of a small now. Otherwise the crust is good and the pizza is good.

I am so angry at this store. I ordered a timed delivery for 7:30 PM for a kids baseball team for their final game. At 7:24 I got notice that the pizza was out of the oven and that was the last notice. At 8 I call them to see where the pizza was. The guy says it was leaving the door right then and would be the first stop so it should be ten minutes. At 8:30 I call them again and the guy says the same exact thing meaning the order hadn’t even left the store yet. I canceled the order and had to tell all of these kids that they weren’t getting pizza after waiting for an hour in the cold on a school night. If they would have been honest at 8 I could have canceled the order and told everyone they could go home. Unbelievable!

Honestly just disappointing. Ordered at 4:30pm and at 6:30pm have still not received our pizzas. Order tracker said it was delivered at 5:45pm, but it definitely has not been. Tried to call the store 4 times and was on hold for at least 20+ minutes with no answer.
One of us drove to the actual store and after waiting forever to just be acknowledged by someone (after finally getting one of the employees off their personal phones), was brushed off after being told it’s on the way but we don’t know where. They then walked to the back and said that we don’t do refunds in store, “we’ll get to it tomorrow”.

If I could give them 0 stars out of 5 I would , this place always takes forever usually always messes something up in your order if not everything , for deliveries it takes 3+ hours to get to us the last times we have ordered delivery from them they always forget something or send us a totally different thing we have tried again to give the place another chance because people do mess up it happens but it’s a every time thing and when we call they are always rude and have attitudes definitely will be the last time ordering from them until their staff and customer service gets better and they get better organized, as well to properly train their employees and deliver driver service to make sure they have the correct stuff as well as actually delivering with the time that the app tells us it will take , and for when they knock to knock like a normal person not like they are trying to break in and break down our door, over all place needs work and WAY better service.

Rick was trying to tell me that my building didn’t “house” my apartment number. When I tried to ensure that Rick was at the right apartment building, he said yes, he then said I’m not coming inside because there is no number matching this building. I told Rick my number and was trying to explain my apartment location when he decided to hang up on me. I met Rick at the elevator since he obviously can’t read and has a short temper ♀️

We ordered Togo for the special 9.99 any pizza, yes that included GF(not celiac safe) I enjoy getting a cheap gf pizza as most are $20 and additional for more than one topping. They were out of mushrooms and called to swap out the topping and that was appreciated.
