Employees kept wanting to give the run around about a doordash order. Claiming it was canceled but it wasn’t they were just lazy and didn’t went to make the food. They threw away the drinks for the doordash order before we could get an answer from the customer. They were rude and kept ignoring us. They wanted to stay in the back and laugh. They threw away what looked like to be the original order that was made.

On a road trip with my wife and we have eaten at many Taco Bell’s across America. This one is by far the worst experience ever. I’m adding photos to include the food we ordered. My wife’s soda had orange residue on the rim that was obviously not from the Baha Blast she ordered; A Nacho Supreme that was served in a Mexican Pizza box and consisted mostly of stale, broken pieces of chips; a XXL steak burrito that was squashed in the middle with what could only be a thumb, and either the employees hands were dirty or the equipment was because there is an unmistakable smudge of black dirt on the turn up tortilla. Being In a hurry to get to my friends wedding on time I decided to spoon out some of the insides to satisfy my hunger to only be greeted with crunchy, burnt stake pieces. I should have known better than order my food here by what I saw as I approached the establishment. The brick facade was broken and falling apart, the handicapped parking sign was bent over from being hit, and the vegetation was overgrown spilling out of its containment into the parking spaces. This location appears to need a lot of help from corporate.

I was giving a dine in plate the worker came to me and said sir their is no dinein and tried to get my order from me i sitted down in a booth that had no close sign the tables had no sitting on everyother table then as i complained to management a man came in to order the worker never told him he needed a mask the sign on the door stated mask must be worn i felt because of my color i was discriminated this was my worst experience sorry toco bell but i wont be coming back

Opelousas, LA 7/27/25. Ordered the ckn tender taco – the tender appeared to have been cooked twice and reheated days later in a microwave for 30 minutes. I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t dare “bother” the staff because they already made it clear they didn’t want to be bothered with my drink… NO WORKING FOUNTAIN – NO SYRUP – ONLY Co2. No drink to go with my petrified chicken taco. This entire staff needs to be replaced. Opelousas used to have the best service, now it’s horrible. Port Barre not much better! Where is the Regional Manager? or the branch Manager? or at least a shift manager? NOBODY IN CHARGE – Just kids playing with food!

Got home to eat could not eat food because of them scraping the beef off to add the chicken to the taco thank God I looked first otherwise it would be a allergic reaction and the taco shells were wet and some broken. I called to report it and no answer. This is just 1 of the photos. And they were not busy for this to be an issue

If I’m gonna pay $11.00 for a Beef Chalupa Meal I expect there to be some meat in it. My soft Taco barely had any meat in it and I added Sour Cream and there was none. Will not be ordering from the Opelousas LA location again. Bad part they don’t answer the phone and Cashier didn’t give me my receipt
