Ordered for delivery. Had some people over for the games. Never received a pizza. Just received a box. The one pizza I received was cold. Glad I ordered some breadsticks so I can’t at least eat something while waiting for a response by customer support, and was told I’ll have to wait 1 to 3 business days for an answer.

I appreciate and applaud the Pizza Hut workers for dealing with the homeless persons with kindness and patience inspire of their undesirable behaviors.
The Pizza Hut Staff definitely have my respect for remaining and sustaining the kind of Professionalism everyone should demonstrate in their position.
The PHut workers Attitude patiently conveys Unparalleled character when they deal with the Unsavory Personalities.
Not to mention the food is gourmet, and delicious at the downtown Phoenix location on VanBuren.

I want a refund. We bought nearly $50 worth of food. The pizza and bread sticks were undercooked and doughy!!! The service sucked, the guy working was condescending and rude. I would let that slide because people have bad days but after the way he made our food I want my money back.

The staff were friendly and nice. The pizza was EASILY the worst I’ve had that I can remember. I have no idea what they’re doing with their cheese but it is utterly disgusting. If there is another pizza place within 5 miles of this place go there. Don’t waste your money. Very disappointed.

They delivered the wrong pizza, and when I called to let them know the girl who answered, she said she would get a manager and put me on hold for 15 minutes, and then just hung up. I called back, and they hung up. They also just answered and laid the phone on the counter or out the door. I have a pizza that no one will eat and no way of getting a new one. These people refuse to answer the phone. This is not the first time they have messed up my order. Don’t waste your time ordering from here. The pic below shows none of the extras that I ordered.

Service was great! The ladies did an excellent job. The food I cannot say as much about. I ordered salad and chicken wing boneless extra spicy with ranch. The salad was kind of stale like the cheese was dry and tastes old, it ruined the entire salad. The chicken had a good flavor but again it was more stale. I probably wouldn’t go back to this location. But it could have been an off day. See for yourself don’t take my word for it. The staff were super nice! 5 stars to them!

Definitely not Pizza hut I remember, ordered pan pizzas and bread sticks and got dry pizzas and bread sticks smh what happened to the buttery crust? First time in over 15 years I ordered pizza hut and I regret losing money for this hard to swallow dry bread sticks and pizzas and definitely not getting pizza hut again and Pizza Hut used to be the best around but y’all fell off the radar over the years and hard.
