How there’s a whole hour left before closing and I got garbage leftovers. Pulling up to the store everyone was working towards closing so Went through the drive through and inside after, just to get disappointed. Nothing was fresh, chicken was enough for one plate, had to get pork i didn’t want, no lettuce, no more sour cream not even the chipotle sauce you guys known for was available but yet I got charged fully just to trash the order after driving back. Drove back cuz I was angry n like I said the workers wanted to leave.

I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes after my estimated order ready time. I checked the pickup order self and my order was not there. I walked to the front counter and gave them my name. No one acknowledged my order so i assumed it wasn’t ready yet. The girl at the register had a issue ringing up customers and providing them with the wrong change. This caused a delay for the people ready to pay. Another employee who looked like Chance the Rapper assisted and addressed the 5 people waiting on mobile orders. He did a great job. The issue was that they were making the orders but no on was putting on the to-go shelf. I waited extra 20 minutes before my food was ready. The order was accurate; however, the food was cold which was kind of disappointing (I heated it) but the food was fresh; it tasted good. There are a lot of growing pains they need to work out.

Poor service. I placed an online order for pickup, and it was delayed 35 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. On top of that, I found a hair in my food, which is absolutely disgusting.
This place clearly lacks proper hygiene. The staff serves food using the same gloves while touching other surfaces and does not change them. There is very poor sanitation overall, and the place smells bad.
If you don’t want hair in your food, do not go here.

This Chipotle is a complete disgrace. Every single time I’ve placed an order, they screw it up. It’s not an accident anymore, it’s a pattern. They have a guy in the back who clearly doesn’t understand English and acts like customers are beneath him. His attitude is pure entitlement and resentment. You have to literally beg him to hand you your order, and even then, he gets it wrong.
When I pointed out missing items, he rolled his eyes, turned his back, and ignored me for nearly ten minutes pretending I wasn’t even there. When he finally decided to hand me what was missing, he did it with obvious contempt, throwing an insultingly small portion like he was trying to make a point. Then he turned around again without even looking at me, placing it down with visible disgust.
I went straight to the manager to complain, and that’s when things went from bad to absolutely unacceptable. I personally witnessed this employee go back to the prep area, look directly at my food, and deliberately contaminate it before sending out a replacement. I have proof of what I saw, and I will be forwarding it to both corporate and the local health department.
What’s happening at this location isn’t a one-off mistake. It’s a toxic, hostile, and unsanitary environment that clearly lacks supervision and standards. The entire place needs to be investigated immediately before more customers are disrespected, endangered, or worse.
I will be taking legal action and submitting all evidence to the proper authorities. Chipotle corporate needs to investigate this location before someone ends up sick or worse.

I normally order from the drive thur, but today I decided to go inside. Let just say I won’t be ordering food from this location anymore. The inside was nasty. The dinning area had not been attended to nor the condiments station & drink area was a mess. Garbage running over in the dinning area & kitchen area. The work station was a total mess. Food slung all over, no neatness in the area where the food is being served. This establishment needs more employees to run this location.

By far the worst chipotle in Miami! Service is terrible. They talk to each other while they’re assembling your order about wanting to go home. I get it it’s a job but with customers present? Not to mention there were over 7 people working and chatting and the dining area was a mess. Drink station a mess.
I asked the gentlemen if I could place an order for tacos after he threw together my daughter’s food. At this point his head is turned around talking so I’m thinking he can’t hear me… nope! He finished his convo with his coworkers while we stood at the counter and he turns his head back to us and then says “ok so you want a taco”. Truly never seen a collective group of employees so vocally unengaged in my life.
I thought about writing this review to warn others about two days ago when I opted for the drive thru and waited over 20 minutes after my pick up time for my order.
Long story short no matter what you do this Chipotle is beyond subpar inside and out

Tried to save money on gas by going to this location , this place is a hit or miss the amount of times I’ve ate here. The rice was hard, the most expensive protein wasn’t juicy or flavorful, despite the decent amount of add ins my bowl was still considerably dry. I don’t understand how my food isn’t piping hot if i order really close to opening time. The chipotle in NMB off of 167th will always be my go to. This location is pointless.

Unsurprised to see the ratings of this chipotle so low. I just moved here for work and when taking my lunch break I visited this location. The young lady making my bowl barely put any chicken in my bowl and when I asked if I could get a little more without getting a double serving the poor lady said she couldn’t because her manager was right there. After asking her to point to which person on the food line was her manager, I politely asked the manager if I could get a slightly larger portion without it being double because that wasn’t even a single serving and the manager said no because a half scoop is a valid portion and she can’t do anything about it. This prompted me to leave the store with the bowl already half-made, forcing them to trash the bowl entirely. If this location had a well-educated staff they could have put a little more chicken on it and received the revenue from my sale but instead, they used up inventory to dissatisfy a customer causing me to walk away.No wonder there stock price is falling. I urge you all to do the same and not pay for a bowl that is not reasonable. Hopefully they change the way this place is run
