This Location #Trash Everytime‼️ Must be a franchised because They’ve messed my Oreder Up 3 out of 5 visits⁉️ But this last time after speaking to Manager “Eddie” about lackluster food it’s clear “I Got To Keep It Moving” Lol. I ate inside, to have a little rest. A sweet elderly couple accidentally retrieved my order instead of their own. When realized the staff promptly made a new order for me. Joseph came and gave me a very kind and unexpected formal apology! He, then, delivered my food to me. He checked on me later in my stay, as well as other guests! In my travels to over 20 states, where I always visit Taco Bell for a side of chicken for my service dog, I have never encountered such a kind and professional employee! Joseph should be given a Corporate award from Taco Bell!

I’m 65 years old and I have been going to Taco Bell my entire life so far. I’ve never had a problem with them until now. They started folding the burritos differently, which I do not like it. Before I ordered my burrito I ask if they could fold it the old way. And they all made a big deal out of it. They said that they can’t fold it the old way because it’s company policy. So needless to say, I will never be going to Taco Bell anymore. Customers don’t mean anything to them. Del Taco folds it the same way that Taco Bell does, but when I go in there, they will fold it the old way for me. I did like Taco Bell better, but I’ll never step foot in one again. It so sad that customers don’t matter anymore.

I had ordered a #4 & #10 and I didn’t like how it was made there was hardly any meat in the #4 it was ridiculous really but he manager on shift was SUPER COOL AND FIXED THE PROBLEM ASAP!! NOW THIS IS GOING TO BE MY FAVORITE LOCATION EVER.SO PLEASE GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I literally just left here. I got off work came here. On my way home opened up my potato taco. It was fine opened up the chicken cantina taco. It looked like someone punched it. It’s literally just broken shells on both sides with a little bit of chicken in the middle I don’t know what type of joke this is but it’s not funny. I spent $10 here for two potato tacos and two chicken cantina tacos just to come home to some really unacceptable food. If the shells were broken, you shouldn’t have wrapped the food. You could’ve just made me another taco or said hey we’re out of shells I would’ve left. I thought I had a good experience with the person in the drive-through but when I got home, it was like a slap in the face.

Worst Taco bell in the Summerlin area. Always out of something, orders are always wrong or unapealing.. every time I go something is messed up. I threw away my whole order today. The chips and cheese tasted awful like chemicals, horrible horrible taste, something was really wrong with them. Potatoes are always hard and cold. Then they only had 2 flavors of freezes when the menu clearly says otherwise. Not helpful or sanitary. Wouldnt recommend.

I am a doordasher on my app it says to pick up food in the lobby. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes no response from the employees all looked at me like I was a monkey at the zoo. So I had to go through the drive thru next I had two orders so I was late with the deliveries. So word of warning go through the Drive thru at this location or you wont get waited on.
