It was so loud in there you couldn’t even hear the guy serving me because of the kids in the background horsing around they didn’t even stir my shake and they didn’t even give a straws and we got medium fries and there was barely any in there. It’s always the kids that are horsing around and not doing their job is what makes this place look bad

Last Thursday I went into this location around lunch time we had to wait for at least 5-10 minutes just waiting for someone to take our order at the counter as a young man and women stood at the counter playing on their phones having a conversation rather than providing quality customer service.

We went into the restaurant at about 4:40 pm. On a Sunday. 2 customers were in dining area and 1 other customer ahead of us. We waited 10 minutes after the other customer to get helped. There were at least 4 employees working the front area behind the counter. No employee acknowledged us or asked to take our order. Very poor service. The employees should of at least acknowledged us and said they wood be with us in a moment, but they did not. Will not be back again. They needed to be trained on customer service.

Visited at a slow point, no wait in drive thru. I ordered three meals, one a Greek gyro. Normally one of these are decently covered in tradicional Greek sauce but not this time. First bite, dry as a bone, my second bite same thing, third bite I was done. Open the packet of horseradish sauce and stuck it on the sandwich. Never ever have I ever ran into this problem at this location. Very disappointed…

The curly fries were hot and fresh, and so, so yummy
The shakes were so thick and flavorful
The drive-through dude was nice and not stingy with the BBQ sauce, which was awesome.
We will definitely be back next time we go to Log Lane

UPDATED REVIEW: dang! I can’t believe I forgot about my previous review and I actually came back here. The food was worse than ever. I was asked if I wanted curly fries or crinkle cut fries and my response was that I wanted whichever ones were fresher and hotter! Surprise me! They surprised me, alright. I got curly fries. They were warm, at best. There were two actual curly q fries in there. The rest were little bits and pieces of burned, definitely not hot fries. My Greek Gyro sandwich was meh. I got mellow yellow as my beverage and it was flat. All of these things I discovered once I was on the road. Definitely did not want to go back to get them fixed. Next time, I will remember for sure and I will not patronize this Arby’s again…
PREVIOUSLY: This was probably the saddest Arby’s I’ve ever visited. The food tasted like any other Arby’s I’ve been to, but the employee who waited on me seemed very lackluster. She was on the other side of the coin from enthusiastic about her job. The atmosphere was very plain and sparse. Again, the food was fine. But if I find myself in Fort Morgan again, I will choose someplace else to eat.
