Burger and fries was $14 and wasn’t good. Also, the drink machine was leaking some yellow goo into the drinks every time it was used. I reported it and asked for a new glass not knowing what it was
Watched it happen on the second glass so I asked for a bottle of water instead.. they did nothing to fix it, so all the next customers after me will be drinking it. Gross…. Their facilities and food trays were disgusting as well.
I won’t go back again.

Went here a little after 11pm with a really long drive thru line. The staff did a good job with keeping the line moving and no mistakes on our food.

Had to try the new spicy honey chicken, it was great. Far better than KFC and McDonalds. Service was very quick and the food was very hot. McD could learn about service from here. Very pleased. UPDATE: Chicken remains tasty. However, the fries were awful. Two different days and the same, old, cold, not crisp and tasteless. I won’t waste my money getting a combo. If I want bits and pieces of fries I’ll go to McDonald’s. What’s going on Wendy’s? UPDATE MAY 30TH, the pub burger and the ghost pepper burger were really good. Lots of toppings and fresh. Now if you can only make crunchy french fries I’d be much happier. UPDATE, DEC 14th, what happened? I got 2 combo meals for $35, do you think you are fine dining? The burgers were bland at best and from the looks, old Grey meat. Fries, if you can call them that were nothing but inch to inch and half pieces. This Wendy’s now ranks with the lowly McDonalds. I wont waste my money again on this crap.

I normally have low expectations for fast food places, but this location was one of the best ones I’ve ever been to. Food was hot and fresh, staff was smiling and friendly, the restaurant was clean and was actively being cleaned to maintain it. The bathrooms were clean. Keep up the great work!

I have never been treated so poorly at Wendy’s. Also I always seen Wendy’s as a clean sanitary place. I know different shift leads do things that sometimes go against health code or the company’s standards of customer service. Michael is one of those violators. He is very rude, Dismissive, argumentative, emotionally driven, unsanitary, careless and very unprofessional. He takes food back through the window if he knows he gave you unsatisfactory food that you paid for and you kindly ask him to fix the issue. (Health code violation 1) He handles your food as in digging in you bags without washing his hands after going in and out of the restaurant touching multiple door handles from multiple customers. (Health code violation 2) He will also accuse you of lying and will actually argue with you to the point where you may have to correct him with facts! Michael has no customer service skills whatsoever! I will not be going back!

Food was good. Although, becoming skimpy…onions sliced so thin you can see through….the Dave’s single is good. We come once a week and order this sandwich…we notice the difference. Frys are good. It’s winter…it cold…it is too cold inside. Uncomfortable to eat in the evening…but always clean. You must have good management…tables cleaned, employees not fooling around ….with so many young people working together its not easy to keep young people focused

Amazing service and food thank you all for all that you do. We appreciate you. I remember the last time we came there it was in the mist of a rush everything could clearly see the drive thur was around the corner that’s why we came inside only to find out the lobby was packed to so in the mist of it all I Guest someone grab the wrong tray and started eating the food because our orders where so similar it when unnoticed until I got to the table we sat down and I start opening the wrap to see bacon on all 4 of our sandwiches and they where not chicken but beef. I quickly went back told the staff the manager remade the whole order and apologized it came out right fresh and hot so I was grateful thank you all again for all of your hard work and making things right because we don’t eat pork at all. So thank you for a chicken sandwich option we really appreciate it.
