I had a great visit to Chicken Salad Chick and will definitely be coming back! My sister has the Barbie-Q sandwich, I had a scoop of Sassy Scotty with crackers, and my mother had a scoop of Olivia’s Old South—and every single bite was delicious. Each flavor had its own unique twist, and the freshness really stood out.
We also each got a side of their grape salad, which was the perfect sweet balance to the meal. The mix of grapes with creamy yogurt, brown sugar, and a sprinkle of nuts was absolutely addictive! They were very accommodating because my mother asked for hers without nuts.
To top it all off, each meal came with their signature iced sugar cookie—soft, sweet, and the perfect little treat to end on.
The service was impressively fast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, making the whole experience even better. Whether you’re a longtime chicken salad fan or just curious to try something new, I highly recommend stopping by!

Chicken Salad Chick is a nice clean store that had plenty of seating. I was there on a Friday afternoon to pick something up for my wife and myself. I realized what the menu was based on but found the selection limited. I wondered if that had anything to do with how few patrons were there. I was taken care of quickly and took my order to go, taking about eight to ten minutes to fill. I found the store was easy to get to and into for a wheelchair and also easy to get around I didn’t check out the restrooms.

My first visit… but not my last! Everything was delicious… I tried the Sassy Scotty as a sandwich and had a scoop of Fancy Nancy… both were great, but I really enjoyed the fresh fruit in the Fancy Nancy. One of their soups is loaded baked potato – YUMMY!

The food is delicious! This is my second visit and I haven’t been disappointed with the taste or quality of the food. My only complaint is, I placed an online order. I checked the box for toppings to the grape salad to be “on the side”, and I did the same for my sandwich. I checked them in the car and both had toppings on them . I went in and told them. I received all these crazy looks & whispering amongst themselves when the order was done incorrectly. The additional grape salad was for my mom who can’t eat nuts. I ended up just purchasing another one instead. Please double check orders and at least offer an apology when the order is incorrect.

I am always delighted by the friendly customer service, and I always enjoy the appetizing and satisfying food. The service today was absolutely superior to any customer service experience I’ve ever had.
It was recently my birthday, and they sent me a free Chick Special meal in the app and I even had a free drink! I got to eat a whole premium meal from there today on the house, and I felt super special. I normally just get a Quick Chick of Scotty, so when it came time to order my free meal, I was clueless. But the very nice and patient lady at the register walked me through ordering. The meal not only looked delicious, it WAS delicious!
