Ordered delivery of the whopper meal- it was surprisingly good! I haven’t had a Whopper in years but the sauce to burger ratio was right and the flavor was there. Love that I could order a mix of french fries AND onion rings. The fries were very salty but still edible. Overall, it was a decent (and fast) lunch for a reasonable price.

They’re lucky you can’t give less than one star. Hands down the worst location in the city. Never open when they say they are (closing 3 hours early) employees put less than the bare minimum in effort to ensure your order comes out correctly just forget about good service. Honestly just shut the whole place down

Went through the drive through tonight for a mobile order and the forgot the frys. I tried to call to tell them and it seems the phone is off the hook. I would of went back but I had to get to work ibless than a half hr.

This Burger King has really gone downhill. At 7:30 in the morning, the chairs still aren’t set up, so there’s nowhere to sit. The garbage can is missing, and the sandwiches look like they were made hours earlier—probably around 5 a.m. The one I got was stone cold, and I doubt the food is even kept under a heat lamp. No wonder the place is empty.

While driving through Omaha, I made a stop for the restroom as a pregnant woman who frequently needs to make stops. Unfortunately, the restroom was designated for paying customers only. Additionally, the drinks were not as advertised for the price, as I had enough for a large beverage with an expected dollar tax but received only a small size. The cashier mentioned she would “cover me,” but I suspect she pocketed the change instead. This left me feeling taken advantage of, especially considering the fee I paid to use the restroom. To make matters worse, all the drinks I purchased were watered down and in need of replacement. Overall, this experience was disappointing and left me dissatisfied with the service provided.

Drive to order taker customer service skills need improvement. Repeating the order back, telling customers the amount of their change and saying thank you with a smile will help gain more return customers. Professionalism kindness and patience is something all hospitality workers should possess.

Horrible. Went through the drive-thru tonight I was the next customer to be helped instead she waited on the second vehicle that pulled up after me. Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich but they gave me a chicken sandwich with pickles and orange sauce 1 which I waited off to the side about 15-20 minutes for. Drove back thru the manager was trying to tell the cashier that it was a deluxe sandwich. What? Got home & discovered They just added mayonnaise lettuce and tomato to the same sandwich which still had orange sauce residue on the bottom bun. Just Nasty. I did not eat any of the meal. I will be taking it back for full refund and filing complaints as theyre not supposed to give the same food out twice. I rarely go there and I will not be going back. Stay away.
