I decided to stop in and give their breakfast burrito. The burrito was definitely made fresh but in my mind pretty expensive. Yes I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day but it just seemed lacking. Still going to give this place a shot for lunch as there is always a crowd. But $10 bucks for a breakfast burrito and bag of chips seems excessive. Located currently on the corner of College and Hickory and has been there for awhile so I don’t think they are planning on moving anytime soon

Favorite Mexican food truck in Fort Collins! Not just your usual tacos and burritos but sopes and gorditos too. Servings were generous, and stuffed full of protein and vegetables. Everything absolutely fresh and homemade. Not a meat eater usually but am intrigued to try the other proteins like cow tripe, tongue, and stomach! Prices were more than reasonable too.

Mexican food right outside The Swing bar. They serve a good selection of tacos, burritos and other staple items in the Mexican quisine.
You can place an order and carry into Swing bar. I ordered beef and pork tacos and they were pretty good, prices are reasonable.
Order was ready in 10 minutes so it’s easy.

With so many good reviews I had my hopes up but was really disappointed. I got chicken flautas and they were waaay overdone. I couldn’t poke into them at all, it literally broke the fork they gave me and the flautas shattered into pieces of super hard tortilla. Tasted super fryer burnt and had a *tiny* amount of filling. Didn’t look at all like the picture on the side of the truck, had a mush of pre mixed up toppings, no cojita, and some of the lettuce was slimy and going bad. I couldn’t eat them, just really hard to bite through, flavor was not there, and the toppings were too slimy. Maybe I just ordered the wrong dish? Undecided if I’ll try again and order something different

Tacos were amazing, as were the barbacoa empanadas. The tomatillo sauce is so good, it’s drinkable.

This food truck is incredible! They are always fresh to order so the food is of great quality! They have quesadillas, burritos, tacos and other great stuff. I always get the steak burrito….highly recommend! My kids get the quesadilla and it comes with a little side salad that is really great too! You get a lot of food for a great price as well.

Sadly this place has really gone down hill since they have opened. Prices have gone up. Service and food quality has went down. Today I waited 37 minutes for my breakfast burrito I paid $14.00 dollars for. They couldn’t even tell me my food was ready so it got cold while I was outside waiting. This will be my last time going. Thanks for the good times Laporte food truck. Best of luck.

This is a review of their food truck on N College. It’s been very good in past, but the last time I went I got a shredded beef burrito – but the ‘meat’ was just a huge glob of white connective tissue with a few bits of meat attached (it was 6″ long and 3″ wide – the entire burrito). It was absolutely disgusting and my son nearly vomited when trying to eat it. To be honest I was really disappointed and frankly offended that they thought that was acceptable to sell to a customer – there is no way the person making it did not know they were giving me something inedible. I will never eat here again.
