This place is always half of my order. Order double beef burrito with extra beef without rice and to be grilled. The only thing they did was take out the rice. The cinnamon bites are hard as a rock.

This is genuinely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, I ordered on the app and when I went to go wait inside for my food the door was locked, I then had to wait damn near 20 minutes for my food to be ready and when I went inside to go pick it up it was already practically cold and all the food inside looked like they put the bare minimum inside so it was mostly just breading that I was eating. The store was practically dead at this time so there was no reason it should’ve taken this long for me to get my food.

Mallik R. was amazing at the Taco Bell drive thru today! He was friendly, upbeat, and made the whole experience quick and smooth. His customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time. You can tell he enjoys what he does and cares about the customers. If you stop by, hopefully you get Mallik at the window!

I forgot my debit card in the drive thru and came back 30 minutes later. It had already been cut by the manager. They also charged my card twice and refused to do anything about it for 5 days. If I wanted to spend twice as much money I would have ordered twice as much food.

I went in line to receive a DoorDash at midnight I get to window the black young lady comes to window tells me her manager told me to come inside the lobby because the order was still being prepared I say no problem being professional BAD IDEA I ended up waiting 25mins to receive this order because apparently their on timer in drive thru line and those orders take priority over prepaid orders so the manager kept just making food for drive through purchases and my customer order was put last the manger wouldn’t provide me his name to report to store owner I’d suggest not ordering here for delivery for your late night cravings unless you want go bed hungry do poor staffing

A customer walks into a Taco Bell, the only customer in the facility. Customer is examining the menu. A employee takes her cash drawer out of the register, then asks a employee in the kitchen to log on at the cash register. The employee logs on. What should the employee do next? (A) Say- ” Welcome to Taco Bell, may I take your order?” (B) Look at the customer, say nothing then walk back to the kitchen and chat with his co-workers? I thought the correct answer was (A) At this Taco Bell the answer was (B) If I have to ask myself if this was intentional insubordination or a lack of training, I choose not to dine at this fast food restaurant. I prefer that my food is prepared without intentional insubordination or lack of training.

These people know how to make a taco- go inside and let them know you appreciate the service and be friendly and sincere. it’s a win – win. I’m sure they get people in the drive thru all day that’s negative and those whom “nothing is ever good enough “.
Corporate puts limits on how much product can be put in each item…. but with all the hard work the staff does each day with little appreciation… a “thank you” goes a long way here … and the gratitude is returned ;as you can see in my photo of my “macho” nacho taco (no lettuce for me ) ! Go inside next time… this place is my fav. Taco Bell and I have traveled across the south, west, then to here . Point is ,that’s saying a lot ,seeing as I eat Taco Bell everywhere I go !

Everytime I get food here 9/10 something is missing from my order. Today everything was there I thought so I drove all the way home. Turns out I paid extra for something and it wasnt put in my power menu bowl ridiculous. Most of the time i might ignore t but this place does it all the time. Had to drive all the way back to get them. Will definitely try and steal your money at this place. Women at window was nice about it but lady that came was so rude. Went I didn’t add that uh yeah. Can’t believe this place.
