I went there yesterday and got a gallon of sweet tea and it was only 1/3 full in the bag. I explained to the young lady that is not a gallon. So she went to ask another person. Then I get back home and find out that they gave me half sweet and half unsweetened tea. I go to that location every week and this was very disappointed in the tea and the fact that they gave me spoiled tea and I live 45 minutes from the store. Not a happy customer.

I’m so over this place. If there was any other decent fried chicken anywhere else in town I would never come back. Any time you go to get spicy chicken you have to wait. So I called ahead because I knew that I wouldn’t have 20+ min to wait. Lady takes my full order number and name. I think I have finally broken the code. She tells me that it will be 20 minutes. So I take my time and run a few other places. I get there 30 minutes after I called. Low and behold my chicken isn’t ready because they forgot to cook it. Now I just spent 44 dollars in chicken that I’m not even going to be able to eat because we had plans at 6. Not to mention the manager the one who apparently took my call tells me she is sorry and offers me apple pies. If I want something I pay for it. What the hell is apple pie supposed to do for the situation?

Placed an online order at 3:55. Said it would be ready at 4:30. I got there at 4:25 p. There was several people already waiting for their order. 4 of us did online order. Theirs was before mine. We were told it would be 12 minutes on the chicken. So we’re still waiting. Finally the lady in front of me got her order after placing her order an hour ago. Then he messes up her order. Forgot the tenders. Then he tells her there’s no coleslaw.
So at this point I’ve been waiting for almost an hour. I tell him I want a refund. Then in a rude way he tells me he can’t I have to go back to the app and get my refund. This place doesn’t run as good as Davids Catfish.

The food was good and the staff was friendly. It took a bit longer than I would expect to get my food though. I had a feeling the drive through might have taken precedence over ordering inside maybe.

Popeyes fried chicken, you’d think that a fried chicken place would be quick… because “you know… the chickens already cooked”. But that not how it always goes.
THAT BEING SAID… this location was staffed correctly and their morning crew was great… Door to door.
Great service, quick… fresh, correct and polite. The counter help was with a smile… supervisor was on drive through while another was packaging up the meals up front. “Present and accounted for”… this place at 10:30am was running like a well oiled machine.
This entire team has done great today… thank you.

A line started and a Man in the order line jumped up when my name was called and he took my food and sat down and eat it
I got up to check on my food after several other people had gotten theres
Went to the counter and had to get back in line to even talk to anyone
I asked about my food could not find mine
Tryed to get my money back you a refund for food I didn’t get
Ooo it will be a While before I can get your money back to you
SO I’m out $12.64 because when your lunch is done you don’t have time to WAIT FOR YOUR MONEY
