The two girls working the window were extremely rude, they parked us just to give us very old, not even warm food. Not sure why they have to park every single customer when they are completely incapable of serving fresh food at this location. They were yelling at a man and telling him to “get out of here” because he was unsatisfied with his food. Seems like they need to either all be replaced or retrained (if possible).

Went through drive thru, ordered 4 tacos and a fries. After payment I asked for extra hot sauce and they parked me. No problem. I was the only car parked so was thinking a couples minutes to fry the fries or tacos. About 13 minutes later finally came out. Looked in the bag, 1 hot sauce. Total 1. Walked inside asked for more, lady said she put it in the bag. “Yes only 1”. She snarks back saying no there is more I put it in.
So end of the day, super slow service not even peak hours, horrible customer service. Brand new store and feel like its going down hill and sadly I think she was a manager or supervisor. Purple shirt and no hat.

Worst jack in the box in town. Very long wait time. No matter what you order, do not expect to get your order right away. They will ask you to wait in the parking lot. Food quality is horrible. And they always forget condiments. Even if you order online, the food is never ready on time and still forget the condiments aswell. Place always seems under staffed.

Last night I went to Jack in the box after the Luke Bryan concert the Jack in the box was really packed but I wasn’t mad about the wait at all seeing that there was only 3 people working that night is a shame ! Overall I had another great experience there with the help of Sebastian he had GREAT customer service and made sure my big order of food was fresh! Wasn’t missing any items and I got all the sauces I asked for. This is my second time getting help from him he deserves to be noticed for his hard work !!
