I waited about 15 minutes at the drive though for 3 burritos. Someone taking orders messed up and I can’t be too upset. I assume they’re learning POS. I don’t know. But the mountain dew I got was very very watered down and my burritos (beefy potato grillers) were over grilled so they tasted burnt and the potatoes in them were way overcooked and the beef was bland as heck. The only saving grace was the lady at the window who gave me my food. She was very professional and polite and apologized several times for the wait and even gave me a drink upside and some free cinnamon bites as an apology for the wait. I wish the food had tasted good too but just hoping this was a one time thing because I would like to go back.

The restaurant is dirty. Tables, chairs, soda machine, floor, high chairs, bathroom.
I’m guessing this lady was a manager sitting at a table with another manager talking loudly about the dealings of the restaurants & personal business. She even said that when she was going over the reviews and complaints of the restaurants, she was trying to delete them because they weren’t favorable. But she couldn’t because items bought were missing from customers meals. She then walked to the counter and screamed at the employee in the back area about a laptop issue. Once back at the seat she was cursing out loud with the other manager. I asked her to please watch her language because I had a child with me. Really, come on, you’re that attention seeking? The face I got from her in return was so stank that only a mother could love. She didn’t proceed to do anything else.
Needless to say, we won’t be bringing our business here anymore. And bad word of mouth travels fast & far. (The nachos were stuffed in the baggie & that made them cracked & crumbly.) I wouldn’t except to be treated so rudely & I was offended by the vulgarity. I’d expect better from the managerial team. Unprofessional ‍♀️
The picture’s don’t do the dirtiness justice. But we were sticking to the floor.

Signed up for the rewards program. Says they give you a free item. Nothing! Sorry but if you offer a free item, I shouldn’t have to ask for it. So I didn’t. Then the drive-thru didn’t give me any napkins with my Taco supreme order. Luckily, I had some paper towels in my car. Bad service

Since when can’t an employee take an order? Forcing us to use a kiosk.

I don’t want to use a kiosk I want a person to take the damn order. This is ridiculous.

No one in the place for customers. Wild.

My review will change when I hear a response from Taco Bell. Until then. This is ridiculous. Only nice part is one male employee helped. Female employee was rude.

Had the most SCRUMPTIOUS and DELICIOUS meal with my mother and a friend, absolutely incredible. This will be the new spot for us. The service was fast and the staff were so friendly. The guacamole tasted SO fresh I wanted to dive into my meal and swim around in it. Best Taco Bell I’ve had in a while.

Waited 30 minutes when I was the only one here the whole time. Decided to leave because I wasn’t getting the order. Unless they personally know you outside of work, they won’t serve you ‍♀️.

I work over night as a driver, went to grab a bite to eat because the location was supposed to be open until 4am and at 2:42am both employees were sitting in a car smoking while the store and drive through was shut down. Very disappointed to say the least.
