Just left the new Einstein Bagel and it was quite the disappointment. I arrived 10 min before closing and was the only customer. Two employees there and neither of them greeted me even when I approached the counter. The young lady looked pretty disappointed actually. I get it…not ideal to have a customer come in that close to closing. I greeted them anyway with a smile and cheery hello. My sandwich was barely warm, cheese not melted, very thin bacon and the bagel wasn’t toasted. We all have hard days sometimes and maybe this was hers. It’s just a big difference than what I’m used to experiencing at other Einstein locations. It’s important that new locations have good customer service to build up the business. Wouldn’t be a big deal if the food quality was matching other locations but everything fell short here unfortunately.

I absolutely love Einstein Bros. But today was my first time coming to this location, since its right by my house. I ordered the bacon and cheddar sandwich but when I got home I opened the sandwich and my eggs were green! I have never had this happened before. Absolutely disgusting. I called and the manager was very sweet about it and im going back up there for a refund. But just make sure yall look at your sandwiches just in case. I normally always have great food from here, so im not sure how this happened or if the cook just didn’t care. But this is a major health hazard.

What I got vs what I expected for avocado toast. Was so disappointed in my Monday morning trip especially when 2 days ago my breakfast sandwich was great! I think the staff need a little more training on how to spread on avocado toast (and cream cheese i see from other reviews). Hardly an avocado and no season. Was so bland. I’ll stick to the classics next time but otherwise the food is delicious and the bagels are so fresh.

I went to the location In Saginaw for the first time yesterday morning and was disappointed. I ordered a half dozen which included a Shmear. I placed my order and waited in the store while it was being filled. When I got to my truck I quickly looked in the bag and noticed that the Shmear I asked for was not in the bag, so I went back in and told him and he had me go get one.
We had several things we had to do that morning, so I didn’t notice until yesterday afternoon that my order only contained five bagels and I immediately noticed that it was the chocolate chip one that was missing! My favorite!
The person that put my order together should have checked the bag before he handed it to me and checked that my order was accurate. It really irritated me that the order was missing two items. A customer should not have to go through their bag before they leave to make sure they were not cheated!
I love Einstein Bagels and I was so excited that we got one close to home and didn’t have to drive all the way to Alliance! I hope I don’t have to!
I wish I had taken a photo showing no Shmear and only 5 bagels! Next time I definitely will!

If I could give more stars I would!! I called this morning at 6:15. I had placed a catering order at another place to pick up this morning and they cancelled same day. I called Einsteins asking if they could accommodate a last minute catering order and have it ready within 2 hours. John was the nicest human ever and was so understanding. This location truly cares about their customers and they are literally saving a work event for me. This is the best customer service I have had in a long time. Thank you again!!!

I come to this Einstein Bros. Bagels weekly—if not more—and it’s hands down my favorite breakfast stop. In all that time, I’ve only ever had my order made wrong once, which is inevitable because, well… we’re human. What really matters is that they always go above and beyond to make it right.
Fabian, who I believe is the store manager, is consistently kind, helpful, and truly sets the tone for great service. The bagels are amazing, the team is quick and efficient, and the service is top-notch every single visit. My mornings have genuinely been a lot happier since this Einstein Bagels opened along my commute!

We love Einstein Bagels so we are assuming it’s this location. We usually go to Fort Worth, but we’re passing by. First, not even acknowledged. I know they were busy with other customers at the window, but at least say I’ll be with you in a minute. Then the bagels were half the size they usually are and some raw in the middle. We won’t be going to this location again.

I have been a few times for breakfast and the employees all have been outstanding! The bagels are the best around . I met Shawn , he is definitely one that cares about his job and goes out of his way to make sure I was taken care of !

Our first time here was not the greatest experience. The atmosphere was inviting and clean. The service was not so inviting. Not one person smiles or greets you. Our bagel sandwiches put together very sloppy. The avocado just drowned the sandwiches and made the tomatoes and egg slide out.
