Love Tropical Smoothie and so happy Statesboro could get one. What you pay for in price you get back quality and taste for sure. Great smoothies and food. I recommend any of the flatbreads and the blueberry bliss and chia banana smoothies are my favs so far! Also, the staff here always seem friendly and are very customer service oriented even during busy rush times.

Great smoothies and food, music was a bit loud and couldn’t hear when they called our name for the smoothie. They thanked every other person as they left except us. Other than that it was good.

The food and smoothies are good , but this place needs attention from the manager/owner. Young people who do not care about customer service are running the place. The bathrooms have been unavailable for public use for three weeks (is this even legal?). The dining room had been locked preventing you from dining in an hour or more before close. I tried to contact customer service before making an online review and could not. I hope these reviews help bring change.

This was the Worst Experience, I have had here. I eat here Multiple times a month and I had a question about change in menu and the Sides vs Premium sides. The Employee and Manager continued to argue with me about the misleading photo attached. The Manager did not even care if my business was lost due to this. I see a 3.1 review on this New business in Statesboro. You have lost my business and a customer by not doing the right thing. This place will not last.

Hello, I wanted to reach out in regard to a situation that happened on 6/3/25. My son and I decided to have dinner at the Statesboro location. I checked the time before making the drive to eat and the closing time states 9pm online. We ordered our food despite being told they were out of several items. After we got our food and began to eat, the girl told us that they lock the door in 5 minutes (8pm) and that we would have to leave. I explained that their hours online stated they closed at 9pm, in which she said their drive thru does but inside closes at 8pm.” We were in the middle of eating dinner when this occurred, leading to us have to pack up- mid bite, and continue eating in the car. This truly was one of the worst experiences I’ve had here and suggest employees have more training in customer service, as well as adding the “dine in” and “drive thru” hours on your website- so it is not misleading for others in the future.

This location is either extremely understaffed or the workers are untrained. Wait time is always 10+ minutes, even when you’re the only one in drive through. Workers are typically bland and sometimes seem bothered to serve you. After 12pm they ALWAYS seem to run out of açaí bowls, yet you can order them through the app for pickup or delivery. I’ve been in food service for seven years and I’d never stop serving a key menu item out of pure laziness and sorriness, especially when it’s available through different order options. Once you’re in the drive through, it’s nearly impossible to get out, so if you end up not ordering anything due to them being “out” of products, you’re stuck in a short line with a long wait time – extremely frustrating. There’s been multiple occasions where I’ve been charged different amounts for the same product. There have also been occasions where I ask for a substitution, but instead of a substitute, they just completely omit the ingredient. (I once ordered an açaí bowl and substituted all fruit for strawberries. I ended up not getting ANY fruit toppings in the bowl, just the granola and other toppings.) I do greatly enjoy their açaí bowls, but I lose faith in the restaurant each time I’m told they’re out when I know they aren’t. (This has happened at least 10 times) I don’t like going to Smoothie King, but I’m getting to the point of frustration where I’m going to have to start going there, even though they can’t compete taste and option wise AT ALL.

If i could rate 0 stars I would! Nobody answers their phone and every delivery app gets cancelled after I place order! How do they stay open? UberEats, DoorDash remove from your App, it’s fraudulent. Tried six times, 3 on both apps and tried calling for times. Nobody answers.

This experience was a 10/10. I love it here, As I come often and see familiar faces. In the drive through I always order 3 smoothies for me and my family and it is quick and easy. I love it here. I also like the reward system. It is very fair and easy to redeem free items such as smoothies. I will definitely come back. Give it a try! It never fails my taste buds.
