Savo is amazing!
When Savo noticed, I was taking a little long to pick out the specific coffee, he engaged me and went above and beyond to help me find the right fit. He was in the middle of doing things, but yet took the time to serve me as a customer and did it with enthusiasm and joy. It was reminiscent of a local family owned grocery store feeling.
This man is worth his weight in gold and should be training and teaching customer service to all others!

Definitely love that they always have boars head deli meats and most of the employees are great at getting the thickness of the slices just right. Employees are friendly and great at filling orders quickly. This is my definitely my go to deli and would definitely recommend it if your as picky I am about my lunch meat.

Worst Deli experience ever went to get fried chicken 8 piece. The man behind the counter said it would be about 30 minutes. No problem had to do other shopping. Went back to the Deli after 30 minutes and the same man tells me he cannot sell and Chicken to in store customers because they had to many big orders to fill first. I said why didn’t you tell me that in the first place.

My wife and I were shopping and we needed some deli meat. She went off to find some other items while I grabbed a number and waited. I stood there and watched as 3 workers were slicing and packaging various items. There was one other couple waiting ahead of me. After standing there a while I asked the couple if they were working on an order for them. They said, “no. One of them said they will be with us in a few minutes”, and they were waiting when I walked up. After standing there for better than 5 minutes watching the 3 cut and package as well as 2 other manager types just bsing and giggling I heard one of the managers say something to the workers about people waiting. I had not even been acknowledged yet. I heard one of the workers say, “yes I said I would be with them in a minute”
After another 4 or 5 minutes waiting my wife came back and wanted to leave. I needed what I needed so I continued to wait. So after 10 plus minutes standing there without a peep in my direction and with 2 managers doing nothing but gossiping, I was finally helped. I then was told to let her know what I wanted and I could come back later for it.
It’s a deli counter. It doesn’t take half an hour to slice meat.
I have never been to a retail establishment where a manager did not just step in and help where customers were waiting.
There was a complete lack of urgency to actually help the people waiting to spend money in your store.
