Stopped here to grab a bite to eat as I was running early for a doctors appointment. I ordered a bacon king 4 Piece cheesy tots And a diet Dr Pepper with no ice and the cashier didn’t ring up my pop so I didn’t get one lovely but the food was good. I think they need to retrain their staff on how to do their job. Why should I have to go without a drink because you didn’t do your job thank you very much for that.

Used to come to this location frequently after overnight shifts a few years ago and always had great service but the past 2 times, including today have had me receive some of the worst service and most disgusting fast food I’ve ever had. Rude cashiers, soggy food, and overall terrible experience. Whatever you do, find somewhere else to eat!

This Burger King takes the title from the old closed St Paul location for the worst Burger King. The staff is rude and instead of operating the two windows they have, they make people pull around front or to a side door to get their food. But that’s not the worst and the reason for this review.
I purchased a bunch of SEC croissants last week. The egg volume was anemic. I did it again today and after seeing it, went back to talk to them. I was told, in no uncertain terms (and rudely) that this is “the amount of egg you get now”. I took it home and weighed it. 10 grams. 10 GRAMS! For reference, ONE egg weighs 70 grams. You’re getting not even 20% of an egg! Here’s a photo for proof.

I have gotten here many times and the food is OK but I spent a lot of money at Burger King every month at least $200 between this one and Highway 13 and they messed up my order when I was on my way to work. I had no time to come back and they refused to give me a free meal or to replace what I had ordered that they gave to somebody else.
Do not go here it’s very poor customer service and it’s a very dirty Burger King

NOT WHAT I WAS THINKING I’D GET. DON’T FORGET YOU’RE NOT BUYING A COMMERCIAL! IT WON’T LOOK OR TASTE LIKE WHAT YOU SEE ON T.V.! Mushrooms? Onions? Toasted bread? No, no, I don’t know…Not what I wanted! Won’t buy again. “New whopper melt thing” mushrooms, onions and cheese. Yucky and I love all those items!

This is the worst BK location I have ever been to. After not receiving our whole order multiple times, I think I am completely done with these idiots. I’d you mobile order from here, they WILL leave out most of your order and sticker up the bag just to throw it at you so you hurry and leave with no time to check your food. Do not even waste your energy coming here. I excused it when it happened twice. But it has now happened a total of 5 times!! That is 100% laziness. I am over it. Go to a better location. Food is always cold….if you actually get your damn order.

I stopped in around 9pm. Place was dead, nobody minding the register…I wasn’t in a hurry so I just waited quietly…after a bit I was noticed and was served immediately. Ordered my food and grabbed a seat in the empty dining room.
When it was ready the staff brought it to my table and apologized for not seeing me.
So, the wait was annoying, but then, I’ve never gotten table service at fast food either…with such polite service afterward, so they redeemed themselves.

I usually choose this location to eat cause the worker knows our names on the order and usually we get fresh and good food just as ordered occasionally a mess up but they fix it no problem….well today whoever the employee was gave my fiance a hell of a time kept saying he put the food item in the bag but he did not then gives me sauces I never ordered, so now we had to go to a DIFFERENT BK just to get sauces and the worker was only “nice” cause his Manager was watching. Perhaps don’t put people with zero customer service skills at the window. It’s BK not a 5 star restaurant, it’s not that hard to get an order correct and no it wasn’t a busy time.

What can you say about Burger King that hasn’t already been said it’s hard to call anything in fast food quality. They are above average in taste and portion size. Notice through the years that things have gotten smaller which is fine because we don’t need the excess.
