This is the best Waffle House I’ve ever been to. If you are looking for subpar service, cold grits, no chicken sausages, bad attitudes, no smiles, and a fight… don’t come here. These people are on point, work as a team, and love their positions. It’s been nothing short of a pleasure to eat here. This is coming from someone who use to work at Sea Island (Five Star & Five Diamond). This should be the standard that Waffle Houses should strive for. I’m completely satisfied and I will be back. We have been here a handful of times in the last couple weeks, for dinner. The service is terrible, the waitress will watch us come in and never greet us. She watches us sit down, and continues to do whatever else she is doing. Washing dishes, or filling up empty items laying around. Each time we wait over 10-15 minutes before she ever comes over to ask for just our drinks. By then we are ready to order our food, so we order it all for her. She walks away, does not call out our order to the cook. And the nights we have been are not busy whatsoever. She never brings us our drinks, we have had to ask the other waitresses inside to bring us our drinks we ordered. She’ll let our waitress know and she acts as if we didn’t give her enough time when we have been sitting now for over 20 minutes with absolutely nothing. The other waitresses on this particular night had to call our order out for her. I understand she needed a bathroom break, but before she went she proceeded to fill up the people at the bar their coffees as we have still not received anything but a kids juice box. After being in there for 30 minutes now with no drinks, we get up to leave and pay for the juice box. One of the young ladies tells us we do not have to pay for it. Our waitress, she has dark black/ brown hair and usually wears a hat starts to say “I am calling your order out now?” We tell her we haven’t even gotten our drinks, no apology or anything. Just “oh okay”.

Worst experience at a Waffle House ever! Walked in for dinner around 6pm, the place was less than half full but there wasn’t a single open booth or chair that didn’t have dirty dishes on it. Was never acknowledged or greeted. Waited 15 minutes for a table to get cleaned and then the dark haired waitress started slamming dishes and obviously annoyed that we finally sat at the only clean table. She took our order, begrudgingly as if we were putting her out. 35 minutes later she brought over a single waffle we ordered. 5 minutes after that as she was standing at the register apparently not doing anything, I asked if we could have our three beverages we ordered 40 minutes prior and never received. No apology, no move to action, she just stood there so I said, “Like now?” I was over the entire situation and the waitresses obvious distaste for her job. Food was meh, never received a waffle we ordered and when we got up to pay I told her to take off $5 for the waffle we never received. She proceeded to argue that I basically got the meal, just not the waffle. Exactly! So take it off the bill. I filed a complaint with the store online but no one has reached out. Looking at past reviews it appears this same waitress is an issue and everyone complains about her. It’s amazing she still has a job. Will never return to this Waffle House. Horrible!!!!!!!!

The almost worst WH experience ever! Food was served in a timely manner. However, the silverware wasn’t. Another waitress brought our food. Our waitress never returned to check on us or refill drinks. We had to call her over for everything. The grits, oh good Lord the grits! Im not sure how you mess up grits that bad. The grits had large lumps of uncooked grits and after 2 butters and a handful of salt and pepper could not help these grits. We WILL NOT RETURN to this WH. You’re lucky to get the 10%tip on a $40 bill. WH or ANY service business is not your calling, it’s time to move on.

The girl who was serving there this morning with the black hair was very rude. I asked for extra salt and she had an attitude like it was the hardest task to accomplish. She also didn’t have to do anything bc I placed my order online. Thanks to the chef though bc he cooked my meal speedily and to perfection.

Visiting family in Dallas, and I have to get my Waffle House fix as I’m from California. This location is super clean and the staff are so friendly. Melissa was my server, and she was fantastic. She helped me with my selection and the food did not disappoint.

We all have a certain expectation for waffle house. But holy cow.. this place BLEW those expectations out of the water! Our food was made partially by a cook in training, but I would’ve NEVER guessed! Kudos to his trainer for teaching him well, and kudos to the trainee for rocking it!
